I will not mention other dealerships but I visit several locations and quiz the associates to see how they respond to questions they don't know the answer too. I must say there are many many many dishonest sales associates that will lie about what they don't know just so they can close the sale. My sales associate at bank street - Abrahim - did not know the answer to a couple of my questions but I had decided this where I was going to purchase when he responded "I don't know the answer to that but I'd me more than happy to find out for you".
