Quick and Easy I was greeted as soon as I entered the dealership by Robbie Mansour. He asked a few questions to target what model I would be interested in. Bank Street Hyundai had been highly recommended from two of my colleagues who travelled more than 30 kilometers to shop at this dealership and I wasn’t disappointed. I had visited a few dealerships in the Gatineau/Hull area and was not impressed with the client service. I then contacted Bank Street Hyundai through their website and was quickly responded by Louis Boueri, the internet sales manager at Hyundai. Louis was extremely friendly and very professional and offered to meet with me to help me find a car that would meet my needs. I did not feel any pressure from Louis. I then proceeded to meet Louis at the dealership and as soon as I stepped in the door, I knew I had made the right decision. Everybody seemed so happy and everyone was so friendly. Louis introduced himself and took the time to asked me questions regarding what kind of car I was interested, what kind of usage I do with my car, etc. in order to get a feel as to what car would best meet my expectations and needs. He did not try to sell me an expensive car nor tried to sell me any car just to make a deal. He showed me the models he had based on what I was looking for as well as the various options available. Once I had chosen the model I wanted, he then proceeded to give me the best price possible without having to negotiate for hours. His price was a bargain and I was very pleased with the outcome. Once the deal was made, he then introduced me to Christoph Haddad, the finance manager. Just like Louis, Christoph was friendly and very professional. He congratulated me on my purchase and did not try to sell me all kinds of extras. He asked me a few questions then explained to me some of the extra features they have without any pressure whatsoever to purchase any of them. My first time experience at Bank Street Hyundai was truly wonderful and I will recommend this dealership to all my friends. Two of my kids are actually looking at buying a Hyundai Tucson and Elantra and after seeing how excited I was with my experience, they have indicated that Bank Street Hyundai will be their dealership of choice and this even if it means travelling from Quebec to Ontario to purchase our cars.
