We are very satisfied with his services, as you can see we have been there 3 times. Very professional & attentive. He has a great memory. All 3 times Shahir has gone above our expectations. We also dealt with Ernesto for the finance portion. He went above and beyond for us. We were nervous after leaving the deal ship as we had not received the confirmation from the bank. We were advised that we would receive a call the next morning to confirm. However Ernesto took the time to call us later that evening and it was very much appreciated. We live about 45 minutes away from the deal ship, there is a Hyundai 2 minutes away from our house and every time we choose to go to Bank Street Hyundai. It is worth the trip. We were honest with our budget and they worked with us to make it work. They didn't play games like all the other dealers, and didn't waste our time. This was the biggest factor when dealing with them. Not only did we meet John when we went to the dealership, we met Juan and then met Amir when we were ready to close the deal. Everyone was extremely friendly and understanding of our situation and what we wanted. They did everything they could to make sure we walked out happy. When we went to pick up the car, everyone made sure to come greet us before we left, congratulating us on our new vehicle and welcoming us back if we ever have any other questions or concerns. Made a point of being there the day I picked up my car, walking me through the vehicle options to ensure I understood how everything worked. Will seek him out when I look to purchase another vehicle. Dealt with Amir from a sales management perspective. Very personable and took the time to explain the different options that were available while negotiating the price. Though the dealer certainly did not lose money on the deal, I did not walk away feeling like I got hosed! Ernesto dealt with me from a Financial Management perspective and was both friendly and business like during the finalization of the purchase. Will certainly consider this dealership first when looking for a new vehicle. More
