We had always said we were going to buy a specific brand (not Hyundai), which we had always driven, but thought we would see what Hyundai had to offer. From the time we walked in, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. We spent 2 hours with Naser who took the time to explain our options and go over all of our financing details all the while entertaining our two children throughout the process, not an easy task! He encouraged us to do our research and we didn't feel any pressure to purchase. We went back and purchased our vehicle last night and the process was surprisingly seamless. Naser was great at negotiating the best deal for us and we are very happy with the end result. He has a great personality and makes you feel at ease. Ernesto, in Finance, was so helpful and walked us through the financing process. He was honest, and offered suggestions along the way to maximize the lifetime of our vehicle!
