My experience at Bank Street Honesty goes a long way, and it is easy to pick out when somebody is hiding something from you... especially car dealers. My experience at Bank Street Hyundai was different. We had shopped at about 10 different dealerships and we had seen the full spectrum of characters. On top of having the best price, our sales rep (Naser) was also the best. As it is easy to spot when somebody is hiding something from you, it is also easy for the dealers to spot the same. We threw everything on the table - what we were looking for, what we were expecting, as well as our plans to visit other dealerships. In return, we received service that was honest and fair. Even after we bought the car, Naser followed up with an issue we had rather than simply directing us to the service dept. I would definitely recommend Naser to anybody buying a car (regardless of make). We ended up with a deal where everyone was happy. More
