Within 10 minutes I was So confident with him , we bought the Sante Fe sight unseen and 6 hour drive away! Then onto Erensto for the Financial part , he was so awesome I could not believe this extreme high level of Customer Service ! My wife and I where just blown away at this point after all the troubles and lack of customer service we have encountered at our local dealers! When we arrived in Ottawa they even arranged a Taxi ride to the Dealership from the Train station and the Experience was Just Amazing after that to say the Least ! Samer Kadoura took us through every detail of our new car and went amazing above and beyond any expectation we have ever had about customer servive! You know we could have stayed there all day talking about things that we needed to know! Ernesto and Samer worked perfectly hand in hand guiding us through the process !
