And when you buy a new car, you are somewhat happy…… But when you drive away in your new car, you can’t help feeling……well,…. that maybe, you could have negotiated better or that you left a pound of flesh behind at the dealership! (Ha!) OK, My Review: “Bank Street Hyundai” has given my wife and I, a truly…..Great ”Positive” Buying Experience EVER! (We are both 57 years old, and have bought 8 new cars in the past.) Dishonest and unreliable service front desk We had very unsupportable experience with Service department at Banks Street Hyundai. We would left car for service (under warranty) and service will not give us information regarding car status and what need to be done! We were promised substitute car, but next day car was denied. Our phone calls where not answered, we where constantly prompted to voice mail! Very rude front desk staff. The worst part is that Service Manager is unreachable or willing to resolve or even answer phone calls. We had to drive with taxi to the service to get in touch with someone. Absolutely disaster!
