I had the pleasure of dealing with Shahir Moradi who was very relationship-client focused, and not pushy like other salesman I had spoken with elsewhere. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Haddad who took the time to explain the financial aspects involved with buying a car. From start to finish, I dealt with very nice employees. Ultimately, it came down to who I wanted to give my business too, as I could have easily got the same car for the same price elsewhere. I returned to buy the car from Dilawri even though it was further from my home because of the exceptional experience I had from the moment I walked into their doors. This was all do to Amir, a relatively new Sales Manager with the Dalawri team at that time. I purchased a new 2009 Santa Fe, and loved it! In 2013, I traded for another new Santa Fe Sport. Louis, the salesman at that time, was superb...friendly, caring and a good listener. I was so happy with my 2009 experience that I continued to have the service done at Bank Street Hyundai where Luke, one of the service desk reps, always took the best care of my vehicle and me. Now, in 2016, just last week, I stepped into my new gleaming white Santa Fe Sport.
