Didn't order the parts they needed to complete the work. I waited a week for an appointment with these guys, I told them on the phone that my mechanic told me my rear shocks were leaking. When I arrived t I waited a week for an appointment with these guys, I told them on the phone that my mechanic told me my rear shocks were leaking. When I arrived they told me it would be a few hours to fix the problem once they did a test drive to ensure it was the issue. After the test drive, they told me that it was the problem but would take a week to get the parts in. What a waste of time. I complained to the service manager but he had little sympathy. More

Their sales associates that greeted me were a perfect balance of professional, fun and easy to speak with. They were very informative and only showed me options that fix my requirements and restrictions. The Finance Manager did everything to make the best deal possible and shopped around for ideal financing options. The Finance Manager truly went above and beyond to get me and my family into the perfect vehicle for us. We received a tour of the entire building and all the different departments and were greater by everyone respectfully. Overall, Bank Street Hyundai's team of professionals was the best buying experience I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. All their employees genuinely loved their jobs and I will only shop there in the future. More

Then to my surprise Ernesto Lorello who did an amazing job helping me finance my new Accent almost 4 years ago came over and to my surprise remembered my name. I asked for him to take care of me a second time if possible and what a wonderful job he did again, I was able to purchase an Elantra GL with unbelievable features without increasing my monthly payments. I referred my son to them who needed to change his vehicle and the next day they took great care of his needs with the same relaxed and helpful manner. Pleasant experience I never intended to trade my car but Shahir and Ernesto made the whole experience very pleasant. I was contacted to think about trading my car. I make an appointment with Shahir for 11:00 AM Monday and by 1:00 PM I had a brand new car reserved for me. Shahir listened to me, was very respectful and very informative. I appreciated that there wasn't hours of 'let me talk to my manager' back and forth. When that type of negotiations go on I find myself ready to walk out. Shahir only did that once. When I asked a question he had the answer. The financing was done with Ernesto. This is the third vehicle that I have financed through Ernesto. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and caring that talking finances can actually be fun. He put together a deal that had my best interests at heart. My husband has recently passed away and I found that Ernesto did not try to up sell things to me just because I was a woman alone. That can often be the case but Ernesto was very respectful and wanted to be sure I had a deal I was comfortable with. I would recommend Ernesto to anyone. All and all buying my car was a very pleasant experience. More
