Forget the sales man hounding and following you around - here they welcome you, ask if they can help you and await your response, allow you to browse through the floor merchandise, give you vital and factual information (and they are very knowledgeable about their cars), make recommendations based on your budget (and actually recommend what features to look out for) - i can go on and on. The buying process is seamless, they are not out to get you, but out to work with you - which is why we keep coming back. Rabieh and Amir are amazing, allow you to make decision without any scare tactics, or forced sales, its just lovely. Did i mention that they even offer you water, tea, coffee, french vanilla and the like? All this to say, the customer experience is top notch. Gone are the typical "car dealership" cliches I went back to Bank Street Hyundai to trade in my car (2011 Sonata GLS) I purchased back in 2014. I was very satisfied with the service I received and loved the car. Upon entering the dealership, you are made to feel at home. Snacks, beverages, you name it. I wanted to purchase a newer vehicle with less mileage and a few extra features that were important to me. They ended up finding me exactly what it was looking for and more. Even the little extras like an extra set of wiper blades since I just recently bought an extra set for my Sonata; and a touch up pen. So I drove off the lot in my 2013 Elantra Limited a very happy man. I am very confident that when it comes time to upgrade this vehicle, there will be no doubt in my mind that it will come from Bank Street Hyundai. Well done, guys!!! More

Didn't order the parts they needed to complete the work. I waited a week for an appointment with these guys, I told them on the phone that my mechanic told me my rear shocks were leaking. When I arrived they told me it would be a few hours to fix the problem once they did a test drive to ensure it was the issue. After the test drive, they told me that it was the problem but would take a week to get the parts in. What a waste of time. I complained to the service manager but he had little sympathy. More
