Excellent, Pressure Free Service I went in to Hyundai just to test drive a car, not really expecting to purchase a car that day. I told the guys I wasn't planning on buying unless I I went in to Hyundai just to test drive a car, not really expecting to purchase a car that day. I told the guys I wasn't planning on buying unless I got a deal I couldn't refuse. I test drove the car, and Hussein walked me into his office just to get an idea of prices and options. After some back and forth, I gave them an offer that I didn't expect they would accept but they did. I got way more that I expected to get, while I spoke to both Hussein and Amir, they both talked to me more as a friend than a customer. They gave me advice, and even tips on what they could do for me to walk out of here a happy customer, even if I didnt buy the car. I never felt any pressure to buy. I honestly felt like I had stolen something which is how good the deal was. Chris also gave me amazing advice with financing, went through all my options and again felt like I was talking to a long time friend that a sales/finance person. Best experience I've ever had buying a new car, its rare to have this kind of experience when going into a dealership. I will recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of a new Hyundai. More

I decided to kill some waiting time in service to explore how much I could get for my trade-in on a new Accents and proceeded to the sales area where I was fortunate enough to meet up with Thomas Jarrett the sales representaive that worked with me to buy the Sanra Fe last fall. I didn't have the 2009 Accent trade-in with me as I was just there for an oil change on the Santa Fe and still we sat down, ran some numbers with the help of Amir Esmailian and Ernesto Lorello and voila, closed the deal shortly after my Santa Fe was ready in service. They make it so easy no pressure at all I walked in and explained that I didn't want to get my hopes up to be told no you can't have it as I've experienced at other places and they also didn't try to hide anything from me at all. They called when they said they would and didn't leave me chasing them for answers. It all happened in just a few days and honestly it still feels like a dream. I traded in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra for a 2016 Elantra hatchback really fun car to drive btw. Great family car my 7 year old loves the panoramic sunroof, the seats are more comfortable. I love the way it handles and the 3 different types of stearing options. If you go see this team of amazing people they will do almost anything to make sure you leave happy. More
