He was very patient throughout our meet and explained every bit about the 'GT GL Tech' Elantra model, that we were interested in. He gave a thorough walkthrough of the car and it's features. He is a very nice man and I highly recommend him for the new buyers. He explained everything very clearly and gave us enough time to discuss and decide without pressuring/brain washing (which most sales guys do). We finalized the deal last night and are awaiting for the car delivery. This is my first new car and xxxx excited! Shahir was the most knowledgable, patient and generally nice salesperson I met out of all the dealerships I visited when trying to make the decision on which car to buy. In case you're wondering I work in Ottawa but live in Toronto so I compared the prices across two cities and went with the best service and best deal I could find which led me and my fiancé to drive from Toronto with our old trade in and buy the car in Ottawa. Financing was quick and trouble free, the sales manager came out to see how our experience was and Shahir gave us a great walk through of the vehicle options when we bought the car. This was the first new car for my fiancé and she really liked our salesperson, she said compared to the other dealerships we visited, Shahir was the most pleasant to deal with. More

Upon arriving and looking through the inventory, we were quickly greeting by Raul - a member of the sales team. He was not only friendly, but seemed genuinely caring. Many dealers come off as having contrived personalities and are quite pushy, but Raul seemed to really want to help us. He is a sincere person who takes time to not only explain things thoroughly, but also assure you and inspire confidence. He really took his time to make every little detail of our experience positive and enjoyable. Raul was also very reasonable and makes his customers feel significant. I would certainly return to this dealership, especially as long as Raul is employed there. Likewise, I would recommend the location to others. More
