I was apprehessive after the last time but figured I'd call and explain what I was looking for. Louis Boueri answered the phone and within minutes he was engaged and ready to help us get the vehicle we wanted. After narrowing the list of options Louis then introduced me to Ashur Younan in financing, whom I know had a challenge in front of him! After many phone calls and texts, Ashur presented a deal we couldn't turn down. My wife and I just got back from the dealership and finally got to meet face to face with these 2 guys. Both of us are tremendously impressed by Louis and Ashur, we would (and will) recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle, go see these guys first and you won't be disappointed! Left with 2 car loans Purchased a 2016 Hyundai. Was happy at first. Contacted several times by the dealer to write my awesome review. After a month of owning my new vehicle Purchased a 2016 Hyundai. Was happy at first. Contacted several times by the dealer to write my awesome review. After a month of owning my new vehicle I found I was still being charged for my old one. I contacted the finance department and was told there was an issue with paying out my loan. Out of all the times I was contacted to write my rave review, not once in a month was I told I was still paying my car loan for a vehicle I no longer owned. After calling to speak with a manager, I was told no one was available and did not hear back from them. I did hear from the finance department stating that they were working on it, however, I feel this company failed as a whole. I found it extremely unprofessional to not contact me after a contract was signed. I would not recommend this dealership. More

He went out of his way to make sure I was 110% happy and satisfied the whole process, even after the purchase was done. I would highly recommend him and the whole dealership. Finance guys were great too, thanks Joe! Joe gave us a great deal and helped us walk through the whole process without pressure too, which is the best feeling. They also have some pretty good coffee!
