Thank goodness we had been encouraged to purchase GAP Insurance last time because this meant, that although our car had been written off in an accident, we were able to pay off the entire loan. If your Finance Manager suggests GAP Insurance to you folks, please take their advice. You may find it to be well worth it. We were taken care of every step of the way and as expected, they provide great service and follow up during and after the purchase. Our Finance Manager had a big job in reconciling our account and he was amazing, working long hours on our behalf and advocating for us as needed. We can't thank Christoph enough for all of his help and the entire Bank Street Hyundai gang for their welcoming and professional service.
