The dealership agreed to replace the part, but they have not reimbursed us the difference in price. More

Our Experience My wife and I wanted information about the 2016 Elantra Lease Program at $59.00 biweekly so we went to the dealership. We first encountered Naser Shar My wife and I wanted information about the 2016 Elantra Lease Program at $59.00 biweekly so we went to the dealership. We first encountered Naser Sharif who let us have the time to really look at all the cars in the showroom. Once my wife and I completed our tour, naser then took the time to explain the different deals that were available. He was very thorough and showed that he knew his products. We discussed the different options and my wife showed more interest in the GT. We decided to take the car for a test drive and were really impressed with the way it handled. We wereturned to the dealership, Naser asked us if we wanted to see some numbers for that car. We said yes and he came back with 2 options which he said would be further explained by Ernesto Lorello, the finance manager. My wife and I were both very impressed with Naser and would recommend him to anyone. Ernesto was also very professional and did his best to come up with the best deal for us. We really wanted a black GT and he was able to find one which was exactly hat we wanted. His service was exceptional and again I recommend him to anyone. Thanks guys, you are superb. More

Thank goodness we had been encouraged to purchase GAP Insurance last time because this meant, that although our car had been written off in an accident, we were able to pay off the entire loan. If your Finance Manager suggests GAP Insurance to you folks, please take their advice. You may find it to be well worth it. We were taken care of every step of the way and as expected, they provide great service and follow up during and after the purchase. Our Finance Manager had a big job in reconciling our account and he was amazing, working long hours on our behalf and advocating for us as needed. We can't thank Christoph enough for all of his help and the entire Bank Street Hyundai gang for their welcoming and professional service. Time and time again, we are so pleased to give them our business. More
