Awesome Customer Service and purchase experience I have purchased over 30 cars and trucks in my 40 some years of driving. I wanted to give Kudos to Bank St. Hyundai for a great experience. Naser was very professional and always had a smile on his face. His knowledge about the vehicle was stellar and he wanted to make sure we knew what every button and control did and how to properly use them. Naser also has a great sense of humour. I would rate him as a natural sales person and he seems to enjoy what he is doing. I have purchased many vehicles including Porsche, Audi and BMW's all Brand New. The top dealers in Ottawa need to take a lesson in customer service and probably more about honesty than anything else from Bank St. Hyundai. I had fallen in love with the Veloster Turbo, Vitamin C and when I went to look at this dealership, I found Raul who I knew from when he worked at Fut I had fallen in love with the Veloster Turbo, Vitamin C and when I went to look at this dealership, I found Raul who I knew from when he worked at Future Shop. I was so glad to see him because I didn't know what had happened to him after Future Shop closed. We talked and looked around the lot. I told him I had to wait until my condo sold because I was in a lease and couldn't afford to buy it out right now. We kept in touch for about a year and he kept looking for the car I wanted. I was looking for "used". Then I saw exactly what I wanted advertised by a used car lot way out the other end of town. I happened to be out there, so I took it for a test drive and that cinched it. It was a used 2016 — it had been a lease. It was in excellent condition. I immediately contacted Raul. He and Glen worked hard trying to contact the other lot until they finally managed to reach the manager. They struck a deal that really wasn't going to make Bank St. Hyundai much profit but they did it anyway and got the car for me. Ashur in finance was great. He got me the best possible deal and today I drove away with my beautiful car. It looks brand new and comes with a terrific warranty package. I couldn't ask for more. They're my team! More
