I had brought my four year old with me and Shahir was very patient and understanding with her. He even went as far as to give her a toy to occupy herself. Once I had decided on a car and the features I wanted, I was introduced to Ashur to do financing part of my purchase. Ashur was also patient with my daughter and included her in the process. Ashur took my information and proceeded to get me favourable financing. As he would tell it, he had to ensure that I got the financing on my own if it was possible and a good interest rate. Ashur informed me of the good news the following day. There is a reason why Ashur has the many plaques on the wall, and it is because he determined to get the best for his customers. I am thankful for my new car and for Ashur and Shahir. This environment was friendly and professional. More

We compared a lot of prices and did a lot of research to find the best car for us at the best price. After exploring many options and realizing that the car we were looking for might be out of our budget, we came across Armin Shahsavar at around 9 pm (dealer was open until 12 AM this day due to a "midnight madness" sale. We actually came in to look for a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe since we thought we could not afford the 2017 one but Armin kindly helped us out and gave us the perfect options for our budget. We ended up purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Luxury AWD with several additions and were satisfied with the price. Dilawri has an amazing business model compared to Myers in my opinion. However, Armin (Sales Speciailist) Ernesto (Financial Manager), and Juan (I believe the Sales manager) all were very helpful in guiding us to the best car for our family and we actually ended up agreeing to purchase the car before they closed that night. They have a very nice team at bank street Hyundai and all of them are very honest and to the point. They did not tell me even ONE lie or trick. Many dealers will wish-wash there answers and not give you all the details. But this staff at Bank Street Hyundai is exceptional and I highly highly recommended getting a car from here. SHOUTOUT TO ARMIN! He is the one who made it all happen with his time and effort. Ernesto was very polite and nice and guided us to the best financial package. Very excited to drive our new car.
