While our first visit didnt result in a purchase, a month later we returned and once again, Stu was his helpful, friendly and knowledgeable self. We found a vehicle to fit our needs, made an offer and within a very short time with limited "dickering", had a deal...almost. we discovered there was only one key and one fob to the vehicle. Again, Stu made some calls, chatted with the manager and they agreed to have an extra key made. And we had a deal. We needed the car soon and the response was ... no problem. We were very pleased with the low key, laid back sales style of our salesman, no pushiness or pressure, delighted with pur purchase, and left happy customers. Outstanding service At Bank Street Hyundai, I was greeted by Shahir who asked me how he could help me. I had brought my four year old with me and Shahir was very patient and understanding with her. He even went as far as to give her a toy to occupy herself. Once I had decided on a car and the features I wanted, I was introduced to Ashur to do financing part of my purchase. Ashur was also patient with my daughter and included her in the process. Ashur took my information and proceeded to get me favourable financing. As he would tell it, he had to ensure that I got the financing on my own if it was possible and a good interest rate. Ashur informed me of the good news the following day. There is a reason why Ashur has the many plaques on the wall, and it is because he determined to get the best for his customers. I am thankful for my new car and for Ashur and Shahir. This environment was friendly and professional. More
