When it came to the finance, we had Christoph Hadad, and he made sure we knew exactly what we were signing up for, and didn't hassle us at all. 2 days later when we came in to pick up the car, it was sitting there all clean and waiting for us to drive away. Hussein made sure to show us the ins and outs of all the features before we took off. The dealership agreed to replace the part, but they have not reimbursed us the difference in price. More
