Bank Street Hyundai

I purchased a 2010 Elantra at this dealership in 2011. At the time I lived in Ottawa and took advantage of the 'free' oil changes along with the package. I was told that all I had to do was show up and I would be able to get an oil change. It has happened twice in the two years since my purchase that this has not been the case and there was no attempt to find a solution. The people at the service desk made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. Once the excuse was that it was tire-changing season and more recently it was because mechanics were off enjoying Christmas. I would not be so upset if I had not been made to wait ten minutes to be told this while one agent was working on his computer, another showed up and made a telephone call and the third one was talking to someone in the office. I have moved to Port Hope (3.5 hrs. away) and do not come to Ottawa that often so I will not likely get the advantage of the oil changes I purchased, but I have found a top notch dealer in Port Hope (Lauria Hyundai) who always finds a way to solve a problem. Needless to say I will not be recommending Bank Street Hyundai to any of my friends and family in Ottawa. More

When walking in the dealership, I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. I was greeted by Hussayn immediately. He paid attention to my needs and matched me to the 2014 Santa Fe. I was at other Hyundai dealer and sales person was so rude and I guess he didn't want a sale. I was compelled to write a review about this dealership and the two gentlemen who assisted me. I am a single mother of two and have found myself in one bad car deal after another. I decided to go to Bank and the two gentlemen who assisted me. I am a single mother of two and have found myself in one bad car deal after another. I decided to go to Bank Street Hyundia in hopes to get some guidance and a vehicle I would love. When I arrived at the dealership I was approached by a young man named Juan; he was extremely professional and curiosity. I told him what I was looking for and current situation with my vehicle. Juan asked me to make a list of the things I wanted from a vehicle, what I needed and what monthly payment I was comfortable with. He took all of that information and helped me get into the vehicle of my dream and to my surprise the monthly payment was much much lower than I expected. Ernesto helped me get the financing I needed and at no point made me feel stupid with the decisions I had previously made. Like they say third time is the charm. These two are like a dream team. I was afraid of the whole process not going smoothly, not understanding all of the terms and most importantly, paying more than I could afford. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Omar Mohammed, a well dressed, well spoken fella. He was very nice and slow to explain everything to me to make sure I understood it all. He even sat down with me and dissected the payments so I dont have any surprises. I couldn't believe how easy it all was. I don't think I could've done it without Omar. I will be referring him more business without a doubt. More
