AFTER SALE SERVICE RELATED----THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, MARK MOLLEKEN WAS ONE OF THE RUDEST INDIVIDUALS WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER, WE BOUGHT A HYUNDAI SANTA FE XL WITH AUTO STARTER INCLUDED, AT FIRST THEY DID MARK MOLLEKEN WAS ONE OF THE RUDEST INDIVIDUALS WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER, WE BOUGHT A HYUNDAI SANTA FE XL WITH AUTO STARTER INCLUDED, AT FIRST THEY DIDNT NOT HAVE THE STARTER, WE WAITED 3 MONTHS TO GET IT INSTALLED WHILE PAYING FOR IT. WHEN ARRIVED, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 3 HOURS TO BE INSTALLED, I DROPPED THE CAR OFF AT 715 AM. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE SALES AGENT THAT I NEEDED MY CAR BACK AT 3PM TO PICK UP MY KIDS FROM DAYCARE. THE CAR ARRIVED AT 415 WITH TRAFFIC I ARRIVED AT 430PM TO PICK UP MY KIDS AND ON TOP OF THAT I HAD TO PAY PENALTY FEES FOR PICKING THEM UP LATE. WHEN THE CAR WAS DROPPED OFF TO ME THE PERSON SAID SHE FORGOT TO TELL ME THAT I HAD TO BRING BOTH KEYS. THEREFORE THE STARTER WOULD NOT WORK. SO A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER THEY TOOK THE CAR AGAIN TO HAVE THE KEYS PAIR, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE ONE HOUR IT ENDED UP TURNING INTO 3 AGAIN LATE AND KEPT US WAITING. ONCE AT HOME WE TRIED THE STARTER ABOUT 15 TIMES AND I AM NOT EXAGGERATING!!! THE xxxx THING DID NOT WORK!!! THE SALES PERSON CALLED THE NEXT MORNING SAYING THAT WE HAD TO BRING THE CAR BACK AGIN, WE LIVE IN AYLMER THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN THE 3RD TIME BRINGING IT TO BANK STREET, EACH TIME IS APPROXIMATLY 45 MINUTES TO GO AND ANOTHER 45 TO COME BACK. WE TOLD HER THAT WE WERE EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED AND WE WERE TOLD THEY ONLY THING THEY COULD DO WAS TO GET THE CAR BACK AND TRY TO FIX IT!!! WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM MARK MOLLEKEN SAYING YOU HAVE TO BRING THE CAR IN AGAIN TO HAVE IT FIXED (CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS GUY) NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IF WE WERE NOT HAPPY TO CALL HYUNDAI CANADA! AFTER ALL THE TIME WE WAITED, THE GAS WE WASTED, THE MILEAGE AND MOST OF ALL OUR PRECIOUS TIME THIS IS WHAT WE GET FROM THEM….WE BOUGHT ONE OF THE MOST EXPESIVES CARS THEY HAVE AND LOOK HOW THEY TREAT US. I GUESS I SHOULD BE HAPPY I DIDN’T BUY AN ACCENT!!! BUT REST ASSURE MISTER MOLLEKEN THAT I WILL CONTACT HYUNDAI CANADA, TO MAKE SURE ALL OF THEM ARE AWARE OF YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY FOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. WE HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF HYUNEDAI WORST DAI FOR 12 YEARS AND THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More

I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Bank St. Hyundai. I dealt with Juan Carlos and Ernesto. Juan Carlos, the sales rep I dealt with. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful and extremely knowled Hyundai. I dealt with Juan Carlos and Ernesto. Juan Carlos, the sales rep I dealt with. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. His enthusiasm and positive attitude was contagious. I believe he was as excited as I was about my new purchase! He knows his cars, the available inventory, and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Right away I knew he was the kind of person I wanted to deal with. I had been to several other dealerships in my area and found the service subpar compared to how I was treated by Juan. The Elantra I purchased was exactly what I wanted. Not only that, but the financing option he gave me was exactly what I needed as well. When the day came say goodbye to my old car and drive away with my new one, Juan sat with me in my new car and went over everything inside, so I would know how all the features worked before I left the dealership. He also gave me a tour of the dealership so I would know where to go when I bring it in for any maintenance. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Juan, he made me feel comfortable and treated me like a friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a car. Ernesto was our financing manager. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was very thorough when explaining my warranty and rust proofing/ extended warranty options. He was not pushy and made everything so easy for me, it was great! He really knows his stuff and was super organized! He did a great job and had all the appropriate documents faxed to my insurance company so efficiently, it made the transactions very smooth. He was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. I love my new car and trust that I will have several happy years driving it! Overall, Bank St. Hyundai is a great place to buy a car because of people like Juan and Ernesto! I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends or family! More
I have been in to this dealership a number of times and the last time I was there(sometime in spring 2013) I was refused a loan since my credit is not stellar. Juan-Carlos called me to see if I would lik the last time I was there(sometime in spring 2013) I was refused a loan since my credit is not stellar. Juan-Carlos called me to see if I would like to trade up my vehicle and I let him know about my previous visit. He said to come in and that we could try again. He and Ashur worked together and I am very pleased with the deal I got. I am extremely happy with my 2013 Elantra and the work that Juan-Carlos and Ashur put in just to take care of me. Juan has followed up already with a courtesy call and assured me that if there is anything I need or any questions I may have that he is there for me. More
Start to finish I enjoyed my experience with this dealership, and the aforementioned employees. I am a return customer... Firstly, hussayn was a great salesman, he took me on two drive tests, answered my every question, and answered questions I wouldn't know to ask. After a three hour feat of discussion and dealing, it became aware to hussayn and I that the vehicle I wanted was not available in my preferred colour. I apologized for wasting his time and I was going to leave. Before hussayn let me leave the floor room he asked his manager Patrick to discuss a potential change in preference. The thought crossed my mind but decided I wouldn't finance a car I didn't love. This is when Patrick came back in and said he would do his very best to narrow down the car I loved (a 2013 Hyundai élantra coupe gls in WHITE) and told me the following day that he found my car! Ever delighted I signed the deal with the finance manager ashur. Ashur was also a very pleasant individual. He walked me though all of my extended warranties, explained everything thoroughly and made certain I understand end everything I was signing. I picked up my car today 4 days later and I am thrilled by my new vehicle. I would recommend these three individuals, though the whole team seems qualified and genuine. More
Once again Amir and Asher and Juan were very good with me and my continual questions about the new car I purchased. This is the 3rd car I purchased from them and this dealership and will HIGHLY recomend and and my continual questions about the new car I purchased. In fact I sent my Daugher and son-in-law to see Juan and Amir and they bought a Santa Fe as well. Both myself and my Wife Love this new car, which means I will have to show here how to drive it in the near future. Many Thanks once again to a very fine and professional sales team. I was starting to debate purchasing a new car and was interested in Hyundai. I went to a dealership where the salesman was excellent at selling the brand, but not much else. I felt I had been treated r interested in Hyundai. I went to a dealership where the salesman was excellent at selling the brand, but not much else. I felt I had been treated rudely, and was basically told to buy the car that day or not at all. Rattled, I decided to try my luck with Bank Street Hyundai instead. Immediately upon entering the show room, Toufic approached me and asked if he could be of assistance. I explained I was not happy with how I had been dealt with at another dealership. He expressed he was going to try his best to change that. Once we sat down, he asked several questions to determine why I wasn't happy with my experience earlier that day and explained how my experience with Bank Street would be different. He answered all questions honestly and genuinely, never seeming to be in a rush to get me in a car. When we did discuss price, he said it was obvious I needed time, so I should think about it and he would touch base with me in a few days. Before leaving, Mark also came to say hello and expressed his concern in regards to making my experience with Bank Street a good one. Two days later I felt I had enough time to go over the options, but had more questions. I went back to the dealership and met with Toufic again. He patiently answered the rest of my questions, asked me some in return to make sure I was thinking of all scenarios possible, went through the model cars with me, and offered another test drive so I could be certain. In the end, I was able to make my decision and start the negotiation process. He and Mark took no time at all to match the price I was hoping to obtain! Next, I met with Joe for financing. Joe went over further details of the car with me, explaining the warranty, repair procedures, as well as general friendly chat. By the time I left, it felt like I was walking out of a friend's office instead of someone who I had just met. Within a few days, I was back at Bank Street to pick up my new car. All three gentlemen were happy to see me, stressed they hoped my experience with them had gone well, and were excited for me to see my new car. They were friendly and warm, as they had been throughout the entire process. Their approach was perfect, as I never felt one of them were against me - I always felt I was the priority as the customer. I would highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai, Toufic, Mark and Joe.
