From the time I first called Bank Street Hyundia I felt I was dealing with someone who knew what they were selling. Justin Yoo came across as sales person who knew the vehicle he was selling and made me com was dealing with someone who knew what they were selling. Once meeting the staff, I was impressed with their sales approach which was "not pushy" like other dealerships. I had expressed that I had shopped around, gave them my price that I had been offered, and they gave me there bottom line out front, with out having to go thru price after price. With John N and Ernesto, the buying of a new vehicle,was fast,easy,no BS,and total professionalism, We live in Cornwall,but we have no reservations at all about driving to Ottawa to have our vehicle serviced when need be,these guys really care about their customers and making the customer happy and satisfied is what they do best. When I went into the dealership, Justin greeted me kindly and asked what my needs for the day I explained what I would need for my next vehicle and he already knew what kind of Elantra I would be good with. and asked what my needs for the day I explained what I would need for my next vehicle and he already knew what kind of Elantra I would be good with. Justin showed me what features comes with the GL Elantra and also went over all of safety features which was my biggest concerns. Justin drove first on the test drive and showed me all safety features such as Traction Controls, ABS, Electronic Stability Controls, and turning raius. It was amazing !! He was professional and knowledgeable with his products. I think this is very important that sales people should know what they are selling and what their competition is and Justin knew all. I ended up not getting a brand new Elantra because my grand mother ended up giving me a car to drive. I just would like to let people know how great service Justin has gave me and when I will be shopping for new vehicle, which would be in few months, I will definitely go back to Justin and purchase a new vehicle.
