I couldn't have asked for better service. Shahir when above and beyond when helping me choose a vehicle. Having him tell me about his own personal life and his home made me feel very comfortable. Ernesto went the extra mile for me when it came to the financing portion. While I was nervous about being approved, Ernesto kept me in the loop and even went as far as keeping me reassured daily via telephone, even on his days off. His excitement when I got approved, you'd think he got the car! And Amir, really made me feel a part of the Hyundai family. He helped me when my times were tough and worked with me the best way he can. If this survey had the option of giving 10 stars, I'd give 20. Thank you again for everything and I will no doubt recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More

Shopping for a car to replace a previous daily driver, it was suggested to my wife and I that we stop by Bank Street Hyundai. As soon as we arrived we knew we had come to the right place. John immediately came over to help us and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. He was extremely patient as we had arrived close to closing time yet he did not rush us whatsoever. In fact, John, Christoph and the manager all stayed an hour after close just to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with our automobile, however, a small detail needed to be fixed after we had picked it up so I contacted the service dept. I spoke with Luke Alger who went above and beyond to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. In fact, Luke arranged to have my service done outside of regular hours as it fit my schedule better. While I certainly would not expect this to be the norm, it was very much appreciated that the service team was so flexible. Fantastic dealership, professional and knowledgeable sales people, and top rate service, in my opinion you can't ask for more!! More

I just purchased a 2014 Tuscon and am so pleased with my experience. Omar was efficient, kind, and sincere. I believe I received an excellent deal. I specifically asked for a lady sales associate when I called to make an appointment to buy a new car. Sillin Canegan called me right back and even over the phone she established an aura of trust and sin called to make an appointment to buy a new car. She listened to my needs and wants and helped me decide on what the best car and features would fit my needs. I test drove an Accent GL and the experience was wonderful. We hit the highway and even practiced backing up and parking in a parking lot. Back at the dealership we negotiated the price and I walked away feeling very satisfied with my contract. Joe Younes, the Finance Manager, was very informative and helpful in deciding on the best warranties for my car. The best was when Sillin came back to me and told me she had the car in marathon blue. I love my new 2014 Accent GL and would sincerely recommend Sillin Canagan to my family and friends to purchase a new car at Bank Street Hyundai. More
I am a repeat customer with Bank street Hyundai and have had a great experience on my previous interactions. When I decided to purchase a second car, I went back to them since my initial experience had bee had a great experience on my previous interactions. When I decided to purchase a second car, I went back to them since my initial experience had been so positive. This time around my experience was the worst I have ever had dealing with a dealership. I was shown a car in the showroom with a $26,000 price tag and told it was a sales day. Therefore the car was being sold at the price of $19,995. Thinking this was a great deal, I proceed to discuss price and filled out the paperwork to pick up the car a couple of days later. When I went to pick up the car, it was completely different from the one that I had seen in the showroom. I then proceeded to demand an explanation on why I was getting a completely different car from the one I had been shown and placed a deposit on. I was told that the car that I was getting was one package down from what I had originally seen in the showroom because I had mentioned that I didn't want any extra features. With that being said, the price of the car should have dropped from $19995 since that was the sale price for the one which cost $26,000 originally. Keep in mind, that I had my whole family with me that day and everyone had the same impression that the car we had discussed in the showroom was the car we would be purchasing. Its easy for one person to be confuse, but for all three individuals involve is quite rare. So after further discussion with the sales agent, we were able to speak to the manager who explained to us in a concise manner what happened. Thinking that the mistake was perhaps my families, we took the car home and even apologize to the sales associate for being confuse. A couple of days later, I'm talking to a friend about the new car and he proceeds to explain to me, how the exact same thing happened to him. How he had discuss a price for a specific car in the showroom and when he went to pick it up was given a completely different car. So after hearing my friends story, I jumped online to see how much the car I was given actually cost. The current price for it is between $19,000-$21000. So, in reality there was no sale price for me because I bought the car at market value for $20,000. So if purchasing a vehicle from Bank St Hyundai please do a couple of things: Make sure you are getting the same car you had been discussing and signed papers for Make sure you aren't getting a lower package than what you have been shown Make sure you reiterate a couple of time exactly what you want in the car, so that they alter your words when you come to pick up the car. The employees I dealt with at Bank St. Hyundai were all willing to put in extra effort to make the customer happy--an extremely important thing to do in order to keep business and bring in new business.
