I arrived looking for a new Accent with my father last summer. I flagged down an employee working in Finance to ask the nicest, least intrusive, non-obnoxious sales representative to assist me with my ver summer. If people are spending this kind of money, I feel this experience should be as enjoyable as possible. He immediately sais "I'll get Toufic". Toufic Habib made a very stressfull purchase informative and pleasant. He was patient with me, and addressed my father appropriately. On my second visit, I wanted to make sure i wouldnt hear noise through the sunroof. There were no Accents with a sunroof to test drive so Touficasked the sales reps to move cars around to get the only model with a sunroof out of the showroom for me to try. Toufic was very pleasant during negociations for apurchase price. I have returned a few times to ask Toufic to help me adjust radio/lights as I am too lazy to read the manual. He has always treated me in a friendly, respectful manner. I will recommend Toufic to anyone who is planning on looking at Hyundai cars. Thank you Toufic! P.H. More

I was impressed with the Santa Fe after doing research and talking to Santa Fe owners but Shahi the Santa Fe both before purchasing and upon pickup. It was a very fast sale (practically in a day), we came to an arrangement swiftly and I am satisfied with the experience. The salesman, Omar Mohamed was friendly and seemed well informed and avoided to be to an arrangement swiftly and I am satisfied with the experience. Mark Molleken, the manager was also very pleasant and did not force the deal upon us. He gave a clear understanding of the price structure and we received a fair allowance for our trade-in vehicle. Overall (despite some people advising us to visit other dealerships as well) we feel that we have received a good deal and I could recommend this shop to my friends with no reservation. We have not seen the actual car yet - the pick up date is tomorrow. I hope that the car will live up to the promises and will be trouble free for many years to come. More

Amir and Joe are not the first time I have dealt with them before. These two people are an asset .to your dealership. Moe is the first time I meet .I knew as soon as he approached me and the wife and said can I help you or have you been helped. It was busy in the store he was so friendly and wanted to help us .He is an asset to your sales department as I have been in a few times and never felt so at ease so fast he has a good mannerism, like a calming effect .it made the wife happy so it made me happy so I went further into the sale. we came back to get the santa fa and he was the same person even though he had the sale already. He brought us coffee while he but the plates on in the snow .He could of just left us alone and put the plates on but he went the extra mile. good work to all that help us as there were others but these were the main people people More
