On Sat,22nd,Feb, After making an appointment with Mr.Omar Mohamed I along with my family visited the dealership at Bank Street Hyundai. We were greeted warmly at the reception and shortly Mr.Omar welcome us. Mohamed I along with my family visited the dealership at Bank Street Hyundai. We were greeted warmly at the reception and shortly Mr.Omar welcome us. I wanted to finance a new 2013 Hyundai Elentra ,and also like to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Elentra. I was given good briefing by Mr.Omar, he was very good in explaining all aspect of trade and financing of the new car. I made my deal after going through in depth discussion, Finance manager Mr.Joe was good help and in consultation with Mr.Omar. During the discussion and reaching the decision Mr. Omar was very professional , we were feeling comfortable with his business approach. At the end the deal was finalize and I feel it was fair and in favour of both the parties. The delivery date was fixed on 26th of Feb, unfortunately Mr.Omar was on leave on that day,which he told us earlier, but his absence was not marked as Mr.John Nicholson made all the arrangement and we were very professionally handled by him, he completed all the delivery process. He was very courteous and we made a very good impression of the dealership. Financial matters were handled by Mr.Ernesto Lorello .He was also very professional and curtious. After I took the delivery on 26th,Mr. Omar called twice, he apologized for his absence on the delivery date-and asked me if I need any service and If I feel satisfied with the performance of the car. At the end we were very pleased to had business with Bank Street Hyundai. I was looking for a used vehicle with inexpensive price and Justin showed me all options for new vehicles which was Elantra. It had crazy incentives and discounts so I decided to buy a brand new 2013 Elantra. From beginning to the end, Justin was very friendly, informative, and professional. He did great job on test drive which made me decide on this Elantra with all safety features came with it. Dealing with Dilawri Hyundai was a pleasure. I was looking to buy a 2013 elantra. I was coming from out of town and was not sure how to make my way to the dealership. Hussayn was very helpful when spe looking to buy a 2013 elantra. I was coming from out of town and was not sure how to make my way to the dealership. Hussayn was very helpful when speaking with him and offered to meet me at the train station to give me a ride to the dealership. He pick me up at the station and we proceeded to the dealership. On route Hussayn was very personable and easy to talk to. We spoke about the car and some aspects about it. During the drive Hussayn offered to stop for a coffee which was very considerate. When we reached the dealership I was shown the car and Hussayn went over all the features and explained how everything work. I was very impress by how knowable he was and how he took to time to make sure I understood all the features. When we went inside we sat down and went over the paper work. I also dealt with Chris and Ashur both the finance mangers as I was financing the car. Although I did spend as much time with Chris he was very helpful getting the financing approved. Chris had the day off so at the dealership I dealt with Ashur who went through the paper work explaining everything about the contract and the financing, he was very helpful and nice to deal with. Before I left Hussayn made sure I had directions to get back home for I was from out of town. All in all this was a very pleasant buying experience. All the staff at Dilawri Hyundai are very upbeat and easy to talk to. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Thanks again guys. More

I had the displeasure of encountering Neville this morning and feel the need to share my experience. I dropped off my vehicle this morning at 7:45am and since I am from out of town, I was told by the morning and feel the need to share my experience. I dropped off my vehicle this morning at 7:45am and since I am from out of town, I was told by the booking agent to mention that I was, and that I would have to stick around until my vehicle was repaired. Neville was friendly up to this point, but when I told him that the booking agent informed me to let him know that I had to hang around, he let loose. He started going off about customers from much farther than I was, how it wasn't my problem that I lived out of town, that they don't operate on demand, how everyone else had to wait, that this wasn't a 30 minute oil change and essentially made me out to be a huge jerk. I tried explaining several times that I was only letting them know that I had to stick around and wasn't dropping my vehicle off for the day so they could do the job when they please. My comment was said very politely, and it's obvious he misinterpreted it as me demanding that my vehicle gets in and out with exclusive service and top priority. I made no demands whatsoever and simply repeated what the booking agent advised me to. He further went on to explain to another service tech who had walked over (while I was standing right there waiting for him to finish my paperwork) how I thought I could get exclusive service and that our 3 minute conversation was actually 30 minutes of me complaining and that I had no idea that their mechanics were actually "doctors" and they don't work on demand. I promise you, I know how this looks. Some guy wants his vehicle back ASAP, comes in like a jerk making demands and gets terrible service then comes to write a review. This is farther from the truth than you can imagine. I typically won't write a review unless I get exceptionally good service, or exceptionally bad. Neville has the honor of receiving my "exceptionally bad" review. Avoid the Bank Street Hyundai Service Department AT ALL COSTS, or at the very least be forewarned about Neville. More
