I am delighted to write this review for Bank Street Hyundai, and specifically regarding my stellar sales experience dealing with Mr. Toufic Habib and Mr. Ashur Younan in March of 2014. I am a repeat Hyundai, and specifically regarding my stellar sales experience dealing with Mr. Toufic Habib and Mr. Ashur Younan in March of 2014. I am a repeat customer of Bank Street Hyundai; this is my second new SUV from this dealership. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Younan back in 2005 and was incredibly pleased that he remembered me from 9 years ago. Impressive! I had not met Mr. Habib before but it was our good fortune to get to deal with him. From the first moment when Mr. Habib was describing the features of the vehicle we were interested in, through the test drive, and then on to the paper work involved, he is a delight to work with. He is knowledgeable, friendly and focused on helping the customer with every detail. It was a privilege to work on the finance side of the deal with Finance Manager Mr. Ashur Younan. He is friendly, efficient and clearly an expert in his field. He saved us money wherever he could and sold us terrific value-added products. We feel he made us a tremendous deal on the car and that it is terrific value. He is a good listener, respectful of the customer’s wishes and overall a true pleasure to deal with. In conclusion, these two gentlemen are incredible assets to Bank Street Hyundai. I hope that management is very proud of their superior customer service skills, positive attitudes, and strong work ethic. More
We found our sales associate Omar to be knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, patient in answering our question and responsive to our needs. He made purchasing our new vehicle a pleasurable experience. Personal and friendly service from start to finish! They were very patient with all the questions we had (they knew the car inside and out) and allowed us to test drive multiple times! John Nicholson is a brilliant sales man. He is helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle he represents. He is professional and efficient. Overall experience was faster and smoother than i had expected. The sales staff was knowledgeable about the hyundai lineup. There were issues surrounding my initial vehicle selection which tended me to t expected. The sales staff was knowledgeable about the hyundai lineup. There were issues surrounding my initial vehicle selection which tended me to think "Whatgs going on here" the actual reason for selling me a vehicle they didnt have was never explained to me" The service department was very accomodating in that acknowledgement and scheduling of appointments it seems i was given some kind of prioity. There were 2 problems with the broken hood latches - from the get go, it took 5 weeks and 4 trips to the dealership to get a simple part repaired. Cost me a personal lot of time/money when a simple cable tie could have temporarily solved the problem. I am pleased with the purchase, i have not had a chance to experience the service dept with anything really mechanically serious, fingers crossed. I recommend this place. More

Kevin Greenridge: my only problem is that he told me I would get the Rust Protection at cost $899. however I was charged $1274. I also wanted to see an itemized list of my accessories as some were included and others were at cost. This was not provided. Patrick Kiwan: Not happy with him at all. When negotiating he was not transparent, spoke very quickly and caused more confusion rather than putting the customer at ease and making them feel that he is trying to work out a deal for them especially as a returning customer, as the last purchase is my third purchase with you dealership. He seemed more focussed on the sale and not the customer. As an example: I asked him what the interest rate was on the Elantra, and he told be not to worry about it, he will look after me, I also wanted an itemized list of my accessories as some were included and other at cost, and I was told not to worry about it there are ways to work around this... whatever that means, not very trusting. He asked what I was willing to pay bi-weekly and not to worry about the interest rate or anything else, I disagree. I received I believe $6750 for my trade in which is very low considering my Accent Sport had on 36,000 k and in mint condition, I also did not get anything off the 2013 Accent 4 door sport but I am a returning customer, this is my 3 car purchased from your dealership as mentioned. Patrick was very focussed on running through the bi-weekly amounts (as it looks better than a monthly rate, which is what I way paying on the Accent with 0% financing so just want to see how much more I would be paying) and when I asked what it works out to monthly, I did not get an anwer. I was interested in the 2014 Accent 5 door and when we could not come to terms on a sale he suggested the 2013 Elantra Sport as he could give me a better deal. I do not feel I got a good deal as I paid list price for the car, only got $6750 for my 2011 Accent and paid for some of the accessories which I tried to have them all included, then I was charged $1274 for the rust protection when I was told $899. On top of that there was an admin fee of $499 which I noticed and asked why I am paying for this when Car Canada does not charge an admin. fee. and I believe this was removed. Overall like the car but the sales experience with Patrick was bad. Will I be a returning customer? probably NOT. More
