Very Friendly and Great Customer service I recently (2 weeks ago) walking in at Bank St Hyundai at the very last half hour before the shop closed right after visiting another Hyundai dealer i I recently (2 weeks ago) walking in at Bank St Hyundai at the very last half hour before the shop closed right after visiting another Hyundai dealer in the East end. Right away I was greeted by Sam with a very happy and friendly smile. When I told him I knew what i wanted, he promptly got us (my wife and I) to his desk.... he seemed very efficient and a good salesman for his first week on the job. Sam looked at our offer and immediately grabbed Amir the general manager to set up a deal. Amir was really friendly and explained the deal and terms and got us some bonus add-ons (free tinted windows and remote starter installation) to settle the deal and win our business. Amir was very nice and straight forward and congratulated me heartily towards my new (would be) car. By the end of the day, I was in the office with Ashur.... one of the finance managers at the location. Ashur was very outgoing and friendly and very easy to talk to; he made me feel very comfortable about my purchase, EVEN THOUGH, by the end of the day, the prices and terms offered to me changed, and the numbers became a bit higher due to sale of very many warranties for the car. And I truly hope the warranties sold to me are going to be worth it..... they seem to cover a lot and I guess I can have peace of mind knowing I am covered. As for the vehicle (2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T Premium, Manual Transmission).... I am very happy with the car; It is a GREAT looking car in and out. There are some minor issues that need attention and I hope they will be well looked after when I return to the dealer for my first servicing. There seems to be some issues with the manual transmission on these cars across the board; a rattling noise with disengaging the clutch at lower speeds and RPMs - which other owners claim is normal on this car. However, there seems to be an odd grinding feeling/noise that occurs during deceleration while the car is in gear. This sounds like its coming from the drive shaft...... and I hope it can be fixed.... and should be fixed under the warranty. But overall, I can say that the service and my experience with everyone at the dealership was really good and very friendly, and I would recommend business to friends. More

Great to deal with! Came in for a brand new SUV, left with a big smile on my face. Every thing was great from the beginning as i walked through the door i met Stuart Dodge. with a firm hand shake he asked me what i was interested in and then began the sales pic, not your normal one as he promoted the deals that the dealership had going and he mentioned that it was a good time to buy. i am well aware of most of the deals but i was not ready to commit as my wife didn't know i was even there after he showed me the vehicle that i wanted we sat down and started to talk numbers. at first we looked at the options for the Santa Fe that i was interested in. after getting the information and some hard numbers i went home and talked it over with my wife, she said maybe i should have looked at other options so i did and i didn't like what was out there. The next weekend i came back and went strait to Stuart and he remembered me from the last week by name so i told him lets go over the numbers and for my trade in and i agreed on a price that i was happy with! Rang the bell as a happy customer only a few minutes later after getting a great deal on a brand new Santa Fe. I met the manager had confident handshake and was off to see Joe the finance manger. He was also warm and very easy to sit and go over warranties and options, it was a pleasure. once that was done i felt a burden lift off of my shoulders. Stuart and i sat again and signed the agreement. that was on the Saturday i came back on Wednesday to pick up the new SUV, Stuart showed me every thing that i didn't already know about the features. After going over the papers i was ready, i talked to Ernesto signed all the final things and i was a happy camper. The staff were great the service is top notch and i will be back there for servicing in the future for sure. More
