Prior to retirement, I was a senior financial analyst, where I dealt with financial transactions up to $5million, and I never signed off unless I was fully satisfied with the rational, and the attendant dollars. My car's Vehicle Purchase Agreement (VPA) would not pass the "smell test" I would recommend anyone to buy from John - but INSIST on a detailed listing from A to Z, item by item, including taxes, dealer discount, window tinting, fog lights etc, etc -<< before signing >>. This did not happen in my case, and leaves me a little uneasy, to say the least. Be warned, there are several things to be aware of when dealing with Bank Street Hyundai (BS for short ;) On arrival at their Website, you are offered a $600 "Welcome" Voucher. Don't get too excited! That gets conveniently offset by a $499 Admin fee. Yeah.......right.. Also, be aware that when you are introduced to the "finance manager", he has no input in to your deal. He is there solely to sell Extended Warranty ( I declined) and Body Protection ( I declined). My invoice, my VPA is an (accounting) sight to behold. Terms such as Smoke n mirrors, and creative accounting and BS, readily come to mind. It does not mention the $600 Voucher; and it does not mention the $500 Admin Fee. Apparently, they're supposed to be a Factory Price Rebate of $1,750, but who knows - it's not shown anywhere. "Trust me" are words synonymous with the motor trade............ yeah right. Well, that trust is stretched to the limit when the VPA itemizes "Mats and gas; Clean; Fog lights; Tinted windows; Trade down; we pay lien", and none of these items are individually priced. But "trust me" - they apparently total the grand sum of $76.07. Aren't I the lucky one! And no-one can explain this number to me. Summing up, I'd buy from John - but not from BS Hyundai. I've removed their License plate holders from car as I don't want to be seen to be advertising their dealership. Thanks John for everything - except the VPA ! More

Amir is always sure as well to direct me to one of his top, most efficient and personable sales professionals. On my last visit, we purchased two vehicles for my fiancée and her daughter, with the invaluable services of Justin (Young-in Yoo) and Amir, of course. Dealings with both of them were exceptional and after sales follows from Justin exceeded my expectations.I would highly recommend these 2 individuals. Noteworthy, as well, were our dealings with Ashur and Ernesto. Our sales rep was Stu Dodge who was able to answer all of our questions and when the car we wanted was not available, he was able to find one in another city and had it delivered to Ottawa. He took great care of us. Our financial manager was Chris Haddad, who was able to move the numbers around so that the price we had agreed showed up on the final sales agreement.
