Service after 2 years is amazing I have had my Santa Fe for a couple years now. We moved from Ontario to Manitoba. Just this week I ended up with a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Sales experience awesome - Service afterwards a nightmare! The sales experience was awesome, but the service at either of the two Dilawri Hyundai dealerships has been an absolute nightmare. Issues range from catching technicians lieing about requiring brake work when it wasn't needed, to Service Advisors telling you that you won't be able to get work done, shuttle driver telling you he won't drive you if you hadn't reserved in advance, taking your car for the full day to only call in late afternoon with list of issues and saying not sure they'll get it done that day to finally selling you rust protection and then not covering a single issue with the rust problems which you will start to have within a year or two of buying your car. More

Great Deals and Customer Service My wife and I went into Bank Street Hyundai to look at purchasing a 2014 Elantra Limited Edition. I had done my research online and knew what I wante My wife and I went into Bank Street Hyundai to look at purchasing a 2014 Elantra Limited Edition. I had done my research online and knew what I wanted. Bank Street Hyundai had a great reputation and dealer rating so driving 45 minutes to get there was well worth it. 7 years ago we bought an Accent at this same location and put over 330 000kms on it without any major issues. We got a fair trade value on that car and a good deal on the new Elantra. Originally I hadn't planned on getting the Navigation system upgrade but working with Louis Bouery we were able to work out a great price. We are extremely pleased with our new car. It has all the bells and whistles you could want, drives very nicely and looks amazing ! Louis and the whole team were great, very friendly and very accommodating. Even after the sale was finalized I was able to get an accessory thrown into the deal that I had forgot about. If your in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend driving down to Bank Street Hyundai and talking to their amazing staff. More
