Bank Street Hyundai - willing to work for your business! I'm not from Ottawa, but a friend of mine just bought an Elantra GT and Bank Street Hyundai was able to beat his local dealer by a huge margin! From his recommendation I too contacted Shahir Moradi ( and Joe Younes was my finance guy) and purchased a 2014 Elantra GLS and once again they were able to beat the local Hyundai dealership for price by a wide margin...well worth the two hour drive! Shahir and co. were friendly, informative and willing to work with us to get out of town business and I would highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai ( and have to everyone who has asked me about my new car....) When I picked up the car Justin went through setting up my Bluetooth, etc. Ashur was great answering all my questions and helping me get the best deal. We came back to Bank Street Hyundai because of the excellent service we received when we purchased our first new vehicle (it was a Santa Fe 2004). We returned a second time and met Kevin. He helped us to buy a new Elantra in 2010. We returned a third time because of Kevin; he was so caring and took his time with us when we were trying to decide. He was so polite and NOT pushy and we really appreciated his thoughtfulness. Finally, we returned recently to purchase another Hyundai only to find out that Kevin is no longer selling cars. He met with us and introduced us to Justin Yoo. Justin was just as warm and friendly as Kevin. We felt like we were in good hands. He listened to our needs and helped us to buy a new Tucson 2014. We love our new Tucson. You need to know that the ONLY reason we returned to Bank Street Hyundai was because of the great service from Kevin. Now we have another reason to return: Justin! The Three Awesome, Terrific AMIGO'S Our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe broke down on Sunday afternoon, May 18th, 2014. We had it towed to our dealership Bank Street Hyundai. It was Victoria Day w Our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe broke down on Sunday afternoon, May 18th, 2014. We had it towed to our dealership Bank Street Hyundai. It was Victoria Day weekend and of course service was not available until Tuesday. We had decided before this event that we were due to downsize our car to a smaller more gas friendly vehicle in January 2015, it would be a toss up between the Elantra or a Toyota Corolla. We spoke with the service Manager Scott and he said he would let us know shortly. We decided to speak with a sales person just in case and Juan Carlos Lobera was absolutely incredible, I explained I had a catering to do on the 24th May and it was the last of my son's commitments, he had passed away last August. This man was so compassionate it was the beginning of a wonderful interlude with these gentlemen. The Santa Fe as it turned out was seriously ill, the cost of total repair would be in excess of $4000.00. When I spoke with sales again, we were assured we would know in a couple of hours about the new Elantra. Christoph Hadad, finance Manager said we were good to go less than two hours later. His magic is unsurpassed by anyone we have met in a very long time. My husband and I are living paycheck to paycheck since Brian's death and this man turned our frowns and stress into smiles with no pressure. And then we met the third Amigo, Toufic Habib, when we were already feeling incredibly special, he made our life even easier... chauffeuring us around, his complete knowledge about the Elantra and the obvious rapport with his co workers. Now the car, awesome, roomy, sporty everything we wanted and more. These Amigo's had our new ride ready at 10 am this morning and I am delighted to say I can heave a great sigh of relief because my son would be so proud and so thankful that these men helped us out of a worrisome situation...Greatest group of sales people I have ever dealt with...
