Big question for me was whether to trade-in my car or sell it on my own. I've had couple minor accidents history, and I knew I won't be able to get the full value of the car with same model and mileage. When I visited Hyundai on Bank Street, not only they gave me surprisingly high appraisal of the car for trade-in value, but they also surprised me by giving me a deal on the new Santa Fe that I wasn't quite sure I was able to get. And they did all this with the friendliest service EVER! They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, and made my decision very easy. I recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking to buy a new vehicle. More

Great Customer Service - New Car Sales I went to Bank St Hyundai on Monday May 26th to talk to them about trading my 2013 Genesis for a 2014 Genesis, as I liked the changes that the 2014 ha I went to Bank St Hyundai on Monday May 26th to talk to them about trading my 2013 Genesis for a 2014 Genesis, as I liked the changes that the 2014 had over the 2013, i.e. key-less door unlock and starting vehicle, backup camera etc. Also I wasn't very happy with what happened last year when I purchased my 2013 Genesis, and because of that I just wanted to start fresh again. I met with Hadi and he was very welcoming, attentive to my needs and his knowledge of the Genesis was exceptional. He explained that there was nothing they could do pertaining to last years deal but that he would take care of me with the purchase of the 2014 Genesis. I was very pleased with everyone involved, as they took the time to explain everything to me. I was also very happy that they included a few extras and were able to meet my monthly budget. When I met with Joe he was very professional and did a great job explaining the price details and warranties to me. When I picked up the vehicle on Friday everything was done as promised and Hadi did an amazing job going over the car in detail. Overall this experience was much better and I felt good with the everything they did for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
