Great Job! While I was working with Toufic and Christoph, they tried their best to help me get the same best deal I received back in 2012. We just had an accident and our car was a write off - we were also injured and shaken up. After some phone calls, Christoph worked out the numbers and the financing and got me the deal I needed. He patiently worked with me on the details while I took time to put back our family routines which included getting a good car. Toufic showed me and my family all the features of the car in a clear and friendly way and he focused on the safety of the vehicle. We were still shaken up over the crash and so he had my small kids check off a list of items to 'prove' to them this was a really safe car. This was such an impressive move on his part. He really personalized his service to us and put us at ease. I already knew I was making a good choice but these guys reinforced our choice with outstanding service.
