The finance manager really put in the work to bring the price of my desired vehicle to what I could afford. Every single staff member smiled and was friendly- a definite plus, as i had both of my small children with me. I had shopped around at other dealerships before this one was recommended to me. I even traveled 6 hours out of town to come to this specific dealership, and it was well worth it. I have NEVER experienced such a high level of not only professionalism but also people who genuinely care about the customer and his needs but also the business they run and the whole process of purchasing a new/used car. Aced it! I never write reviews however this time I feel compelled to share my WONDERFUL experience with everyone. To make a long story short, I was in the market for a new car. After a long and unsuccessful search due to horrible experiences with other dealerships, salespeople and cars themselves I was almost ready to give up. Driving past Dilawri Bank Street Hyundai the car of my dreams caught my eye and I just had to take a look. Louis Bouery, THE best salesperson that I have had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with took care of us going through every detail of the vehicle and services Dilawri had to offer. There was not a moment that I felt uncomfortable, cheated or pressured to make my decision. The combination of a NO PRESSURE, friendly and thorough salesperson is SO hard to find nowadays, however Mr. Bouery is all that and more. He demonstrated not only expertise but also genuine care for the customer and did EVERYTHING in his power to make sure I was happy. I have dealt with numerous used car salespeople who definitely follow "The Secrets of Selling Like a Skeazy, Slimy Used Car Salesman" and Mr. Bouery was far from it. My feeling was that he was a more of a consultant for my best interest/needs and at no point did I feel he was a salesperson pressuring me into a decision I would later regret. After making the decision to buy on the spot, we were brought over to talk to Ernesto Lorello, the financing manager. Myself, being in a little bit of a rush, our meeting was brief, however all I needed was just the five minutes we had to talk face to face to know I was in good hands. I later called to see how things were going and was pleasantly surprised that the wheels were already in motion preparing my vehicle for delivery! Mr. Lorello also demonstrated not only a genuine care for the customer and did EVERYTHING in his power to make sure I was more than happy with everything. This was something that I have NEVER seen before from ANY of the previous dealerships I had the unfortunate "pleasure" of dealing with. Not only was my every phone call returned if not picked up right away, every time I had the pleasure to deal with both Mr. Bouery and Mr. Lorello it made it crystal clear that I made the right decision. What we particularly liked is that he addressed both of us (and not just the man). He told us all we needed to know, and when the car was ready, he explained very clearly the mechanics of the car. We found Kevin highly professional, as well as friendly. He explained our options, but did not try to push us into things we didn't want. In all, our experience was particularly enjoyable. More

The ini We visited this dealership on June 4, 2014 to look at the exterior color of a model we had selected after a few visits to another dealership. The initial dealership did not have a model of that color in stock. We were greeted by Justin who was able to find a vehicle of the color which interested us. Unfortunately the vehicle, a demonstrator, was not at the dealership. It was parked at the Ottawa airport. Justin made arrangements to locate the car in the airport parking lot and took us down to see it. When we came back to the dealership we felt that, in all fairness, though we intended to go back to the initial dealership, we should obtain a price for the vehicle we wanted from Justin who had been very personable and helpful and had gone out of his way to show us a vehicle of the color we liked. It turned out that the price at which the vehicle was offered and the value of our trade were considerably better than the price that the initial dealership, after protracted negotiations, had offered. Accordingly we agreed on the spot to complete the transaction. The whole process was a charm. At no time did we feel pressured. We were not made to wait for any length of time (as has been or experience elsewhere) at any point in the process. The negotiation process moved swiftly and cordially. Amir, the Sales Manager, to whom Justin introduced us, was able to act quickly, without unnecessary back and forth, to conclude a transaction. Justin proved to be very knowledgeable about the product (he had just attended a seminar on the features of this new model) and was able to answer all of our questions. The delivery of the vehicle, on Friday June 13 (we are not superstitious), was handled in a very professional way by Justin who spent a considerable amount of time to go through the features of the vehicle and to explain how some of the features which were new to us worked. Amir, who handled the final negotiations and signing of the documents and Ernesto and Chris, the Financial Managers, were also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were not pressured to buy any of the usual after sale products (anti-rust, etc.). They were offered and our decision to accept them or not was not challenged. All in all a very pleasant experience. More
