Great experience at Hyundai! I recently bought my very first car ( hyundai accent hatchback) . From the minute my boyfriend and I walked in the door , everyone was so friendly. We were approached by Hadi who was very professional and informative about the selection of vehicles. He worked very hard to get us a great deal (we made him work!!) We then sat down with Kevin, the finance manager, who was great! He was eager to answer any questions we had and he had us approved by the bank within a day. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I did an inspection and noticed some scratches. I spoke to Hadi who was an instant advocate.He spoke to the manager Juan who very kindly offered to have the scratches fixed free of charge. I dropped off my vehicle a few days later. When I returned later in the day, the scratches were gone and Hadi had even washed my vehicle in his suit ! (dedication!) Everyone at bank street hyundai was a pleasure! More

Then I met Naser and was instantly put to ease. He was friendly and never once made me feel pressured in to anything. He worked hard to get me the best rate and really made me feel at the end that I was making a great purchase. Next step was to work out the financing which Ernesto made a breeze and help me make the best choice that worked for me. While getting all the details sorted and waiting for the car to be delivered, I had constant contact with both Nas and Ernesto. To finalize the transaction, we dealt with Ashur, who helped us decide to purchase the ten year rust proofing and oil changing package. He also gave us the five year tire protection guarantee. Ashur as well as Shahir were there when we picked up our vehicle. Shahir showed us how everything worked while Ashur finalized the paperwork with regards to financing. They answered all our questions about the car we were interested in and best of all they never exerted any pressure on us to buy. We did feel pressure at one other dealership so that is still unfortunately part of the car sales business. The car itself was competitively priced and included a trailer hitch and mounted winter tires. We feel we got good value for our money. More
