John Nicholson was very knowledgeable and treated me like family. He did not press me to buy a car I neither wanted nor options that I did not want. He did not use high pressure sales tactics and he got me a price on a new car that I was very comfortable with paying. I highly recommend John and I will do so to my friends and family. Unlike many other sales men, he is not pushy, but gets the job done. Once the deal was made with John we were then introduced to Ernesto to take care of the financing side of things. This went a lot smoother than I expected. There was no pressure in buying the extra warranty (which I did) or any other options that we had the opportunity to do so I felt comfortable working with John and Ernesto and this is the main reason why I bought a car at the Bank Street Hyundai. Within less than a day later, they had brought in the car I wanted in the color I specified. I ended up buying the car that day with no hassle.
