He educated me on all the designs and features of my range of potential BMW's and found me the last car in Canada with my requirements, a gorgeous 2018 BMW 430i xDrive Gran Coupe! Samir was a kind and intelligent sales person. He answered his phone and emailed within minutes - a responsiveness I value. And he's funny too - a true service experience, a joy to work with. Being a car nut I heard very good things about the new M2 - most importantly, at 6'4, was the sunroof delete option. I was fortunate to meet Samir Umer. He listened to my wish list and started his investigation. Any new car, especially one as popular as the M2, is in high demand and there wasn't a surplus of used ones kicking around. I didn't want to order a brand new one and it didn't look like a used one was going to arrive in time. Fast forward 12 months. I had purchased another marque and didn't like it. I test drove a M240i xdrive and it checked off all my boxes. I even fit with a sun roof!. Samir , again proved to be the consummate profession - knowledgeable, attentive and negotiated the best deal possible. He also delivered the car BEFORE the scheduled delivery date. I would highly recommend Samir Umer if you're looking for a new or used BMW. More
Lack of communications and insight among the team The experience I’ve had is less than to be expected. They oversell and under deliver on seemingly basic tasks. Only one service advisor has been exeptional to deal with, providing insight from information on file and the make of vehicle. Shop work is good, service advisor knowledgeable, there just seems to be a lack of communication between departments. More

Vince Cappella arranged a lease on 2018 X1 for me and the family. Vince was great. If you are looking to buy a car, make sure to make a stop and visit Samir, even if BMW is not on your list. I have been a BMW owner for 12 years, it was time to start looking for a new car. BMW was not on my list, as I found the services department had declined at BMW Toronto, where I purchased my first car. I just happened to stroll into the show room one day, as my car was being serviced. Samir came by and introduced himself, he took the time, he showed me the new 5 series, even though I told Samir I was not purchasing another BMW, I was looking to buy another brand, and explained to him why BMW was not in the running. He said "no pressure, I'll just explain what's new in the BMW 5 series". He spend about 45min. with me, I was very impressed, he suggested I go for a test drive, and then I could compare with the other brands that I'm considering. So I did, made an appointment for a test drive, Samir spend more time reviewing all the options and making it very hard not to consider BMW. After all that, BMW was in the running once again. I ended up buying the new 5 series. Once again Samir, was there. Making sure that my order was perfect. He gave us the best deal and the best service ever. My husband and I were very impressed. But it didn't end with sale, after the order was placed, Samir update us weekly to advise us the stages the car was at. To the very end Samir was there. Picking up the car, he spent 3hrs explaining the car. Samir is one of a kind, he is informative about his BMWs, (his knowledge about BMW is amazing) friendly, honest, doesn't pressure, takes his time with the client. I have never had this experience buying a car before. Samir has a way about him, he insures that his clients have a 5star experience. Thank you Samir More

Inefficient sales and service center team Here are list of things happened and how their attitude after i purchased my BMW X3 While buying my BMW X3 2016 model, i clearly iterated that i am Here are list of things happened and how their attitude after i purchased my BMW X3 While buying my BMW X3 2016 model, i clearly iterated that i am going to drive in downtown and need following features 1. Blind spot. I mentioned i need blind spot to know if any car in my blind spot while driving in downtown. Sale person told me i should take blind spot monitoring feature(At that time in 2015, this was not default feature). I took the feature and later when i got the car, the feature was not working. I contacted sale person and then he contacted BMW canada and i came to know it works only if i go beyond 70 km/hr . I observed its working if i go above 50 km/hr speed. I never saw it worked in downtown road because i mostly drive less than 50 or so. 2. I told sales person, i need lane departure and he said i need to take some technolgoy/some package. I said ok. I need this feature. So i took it. This again , i never saw working in downtown. After my so many emails to sales person and sales manager(he claims but i dont see him as a sales manager), the sales person contacted BMW canada and told me , they work in certain speeds. I asked them what for they sold these features. They never responded properly. 3. Couple of times, my gps took me to wrong dead end road and asked me to turn right. No one took responsibility from sales team/service team to look into and same time they told me i should pay $500 or so to get GPS upgrade(my car was very new at that time) and no response from sales person/sale manager who sold me the car. 4. My car also has FTP(Flat time monitorying system). Just this week, my tire got fractured/teared apart but the FTM(Flat time monitoring) did not notify me any indication and it was showing all GREEN but when i checked the tire, it got fully flattened. Because i did not know the tire pressure was less and the tires are RFT(Run flat tire), i was able to drive back home. When i towed my car to BMW TORONTO, the service people who are inefficient in technology or having minimum knowledge told me, the car would have recorded the tire pressure when i start the car. I asked her/him, it should monitor continuously and she/he told me another definition. Even though its BMW FTM issue, i had to pay amount as it fractured the whole tire by driving when no pressure even though its RFT. When i called BMW Canada for this, they are supporting BMW Toronto and told me FTM should be working if BMW toronto say so. I have video and pics on this. I will post them to social sites soo. I am fed up past 3yrs with various other complaints on the technology features. These sales guys just try to sell as they dont have knowledge on these new features. Same way service team too. I have other examples with i experienced but these sales person/sales manager just play games. More
