There is no such thing as customer service. We have had a long list of nagging issues, such as the tail gate automatically closing on you when you standing there, or on occasion, just opening We have had a long list of nagging issues, such as the tail gate automatically closing on you when you standing there, or on occasion, just opening by itself as you walk away from the car. Now we are told we must pay for diagnostics as the mechanics are on flat rate and the dealer not going to cover the cost. We have enjoyed the car, but the service sucks More
