Hello Laura877, Thank you for your review and bringing this to our attention. I would like to share with you my investigation; All of the below context is derived directly from the work order generated by my service advisor and signed by yourself. October 9th/14 - Please check brakes- fronts calling soon. Checked brake pad thickness and found front at 10mm. Reset CBS readings for front brake pad thickness. <end> After speaking with the service advisor, he made me aware that the reason it said brakes was due to a faulty sensor. November 19th/ 15 - Please check brakes part of vehicle check. Performed brake inspection. Front pads at 10mm and rear pads at 5mm. Heavy build up around front and rear rotors brake pulsation felt through brake pedal. Recommended front and rear brakes. Customer declines repairs at this time. February 10th/15- Check and report on brake pad warning light on. Last time at 31,445km's brakes were still okay. rotors all around are extremely rusted and grooved. Brake warning light on due inside of rotors rust build up and worn out sensor. Our appointment structuring is something that we must certainly follow out of fairness to all clients, but I am so happy that our service manager was able to get you an appointment the next day and provide you with quick servicing.
