Sharing my own experience to enlighten others: Dishonest and untrustworthy people. I got the red warning on dash that was “battery malfunction: not recharging” which is caused 95% by a others: Dishonest and untrustworthy people. I got the red warning on dash that was “battery malfunction: not recharging” which is caused 95% by a faulty alternator and took it here for diagnosis and repair. They hid the obvious first day which could be quickly and easily figured out from error codes and shifted the error cause towards battery sensor and loose cable connection billing me $900 for nothing! (Initial bill was $1400!) After approving the first bill, they revealed the obvious alternator failure the next day billing an additional $1800 + HST for its replacement! It looked like not telling the whole story and putting you in a situation to be obligated to pay a lump sum for unnecessary and trivial services. Will never get my car serviced here again. More
Having read some previous poor reviews I was somewhat concerned having ordered a BMW iX 50. Had to wait a long time (1 year) for the car but other than that I have no complaints. I rarely take extras and the business office was not pushy at all with promoting these extras. After taking delivery of the car discovered the BMW digital keycard was defective. I brought the car in and they (Ken) confirmed the card was defective and promptly got me a new one. Overall very happy with the buying experience here. More

Recently bought a CPO 3-series from BMW Autohaus. The overall experience was good aside from the sales management's usual push for additional warranties and stuff.. Everyone we met was friendly and attentive and we're so far very happy with our new-to-us vehicle. I'd like to point out Jeff from the pre-owned department. We've mentioned a few minor things that we'd like to have looked after before we pick up the car and Jeff addressed all issues as promised even though more effort than expected was required. Very pleasant sales guy to deal with, highly recommended. Delivery with Andrei was also a good experience. More
I am Jeff as I saw a review with me mentioned, I would explain a little bit further. First of all I appreciate H&D family bought a X1 from me. On the way home they realized some noise from sunroof whic explain a little bit further. First of all I appreciate H&D family bought a X1 from me. On the way home they realized some noise from sunroof which I heard from them during my proactive aftersale fellow up, immediately I arrange to drive 1 hour to their house to drop off a loaner and bring their X1 back for repair (service should have checked this out before delivery but they don’t test drive on hwy so this is missed, this is our fault no doubt). Secondly I truly never had one customer asked for a CPO internal paper, therefore I have to asked service to give me a copy, at the meantime they called BMW in Mississauga but that dealer doesn’t even sell CPO so I am not sure what answer they provided but customers chose to believe that and started questioning me, eventually I got the paper but it took few days and it should be faster, so apologies again. Lastly there were few minor chips on the door edge I promised to touch them up before winter but they do live far it is hard to manage because I need to drive to their house from Richmond Hill (to Mississauga) when wife is pregnant I really don’t have much time, we had new born in October but I never left this behind and I got it done before winter last year as I pro. I like to hear feedbacks from customers however upset seeing a negative review from misunderstanding when a sales person took care of them from the beginning and from the bottom of heart. I hope them enjoy their car and I am willing to help again down the road. More
Terrible experience with BMW Canada and all the dealerships but so far the worst is BMW Autohaus. I have had 4 different cars with them and they never take care of you when you need them. I never go to them unless something is really broken. Their service department tries to rip you off as much as they could with super high prices and also refusing the warranty, tire protection etc. My last experience with them was buying out my lease car. I wanted to do that, shake hands and leave. They charged me 999$ plus tax extra for early lease buy out and 1166$ to give me safety. They did not let any other dealership to buy the car or do the safety. BMW makes good cars but they will lose their customers over time. More
I recently purchased a 2014 BMW in a private sale. When I spoke to the receptionist, she told me there would be a $100 fee. Shocked, I asked to talk to the manager - a guy named 'Nav' - the new car sales manager. If you ever want to deal with a personality that is rude, and downright ugly - talk to this guy. He basically told me 'we are not a charity and will not do this for free' - I said, great way to represent your brand in front of new potential clients. Stay away from these greedy grease xxxxx. Forget used car dealerships, just go to Nav! More
I bought my BMW from this dealer in Mrach. . The person who sold me this car his name is Jeff ..he sold me this car as BMW certified, he was very nice at the time of sale . After receiving . After receiving the car I found out that there was an air leak from the moon roof , I asked how come it was BMW certified and it has this issue? He said things happen!!! He took it to fix . Then after fixing i asked him to send me the BmW cirficat, he said they don't do that !!! I called another BMW dealer and asked if they give certification, so I called him back and have to fight to get him to send me a hand written form !!!! ( BMW Dealer ) Later on I found a very small scratch on the driver door called to fix it , He said it is a very minor scratch not bad!!!!! I asked, but this car should BMW certified he said let me see when I can come to your house and fix it ... That was 2 months ago....never heard from him again. It looks like they just take your Business, but they don't want the after sale customer service work !!!!!!! More
