I would not go back to this dealership. We were there over 2 hrs on Friday and had to go back today to finish paperwork. When were arrived the car the salesperson was going to suggest to us We were there over 2 hrs on Friday and had to go back today to finish paperwork. When were arrived the car the salesperson was going to suggest to us wasnt at the lot, and they were waiting for it to arrive. We werent told the price of the vehicle or the monthly payments when we asked. The sales rep didnt know the cost, . We told the company we needed a vehicle Friday and today and we were then told we wouldnt get it until Monday. The rep didnt know where the similar car was to the one we were looking at. Management was no help in fixing the situation, we canceled our transaction and left. Were there over an hr and a half today. We also informed that we needed a vehicle that could tow a race car, and the one they were going to sell us would not have been able to pull the car and would have fried the motor. Did offer a solution as we were going out of town for our son to race, didnt offer to help cover cost of a rental. Sales rep lied to us. More

We had an excellent experience from our first point of contact. We met with Micheal at the dealership (which has absolutely beautiful decor) and from that day forward he was with us the entire way. We were down one vehicle and Michael and his team did everything possible to make sure we could get the truck as soon as possible.
