The best Service Department in the GTA and beyond! I drive at 2008 Sienna LE, and love it! Since buying my car, I've taken it to the Attrell Service Centre for scheduled maintenance, tire changes, etc I drive at 2008 Sienna LE, and love it! Since buying my car, I've taken it to the Attrell Service Centre for scheduled maintenance, tire changes, etc. Every time I've come in, your friendly, knowledgeable staff/service reps. greet me by name, with a smile. I always feel welcomed and all my questions and concerns are addressed. I recently needed to have my snow tires changed for the season. I intended to come in earlier in November, by unfortunately, my husband was suffering with kidney stones and I couldn't leave him to book an appointment. I called last week to see if I could come on Thursday or Friday, and they were fully booked until Monday. Because of lack of sleep, stress, many reasons, I was upset that I couldn't get it done sooner. The girl on the phone offered to call if an appointment came open, and that's just what she did. She called to offer me an appointment on Friday, November 20th. This was great! The reason I'm writing to you is so that you will know how amazing your service department employees are. I didn't get the name of the girl on the phone, but she was working on Friday (one of the service reps. who took care of me told me that her name was on my service order). I thanked her so much, and asked for a chance to also give my thanks to Attrell Toyota for their fine service. My name is Vicki Gilligan. I have owned many makes and models of cars over the years, but this is my first Toyota vehicle. I will certainly buy another in the future, and have recommended your dealership/service centre to our friends. More

Worst car buying experience ever Worst car buying experience. Just bought a new Scion FR-S and it was a nightmare. First, there was a freight issue because I was looking for a blue ca Worst car buying experience. Just bought a new Scion FR-S and it was a nightmare. First, there was a freight issue because I was looking for a blue car and they said getting the car won't be a problem since they have priority on any other dealer to get the car. 2 days after the guy called and said that they can't get the blue as only a dealership in Ottawa has it and if I want it I have to pay the freight, which is already charged on the bill of sale by the way. I told him to cancel and then he called back saying that they will do me a favour and pay it themselves. A car that was supposed to be delivered within the first week was delivered 3 weeks after, could have been longer if I did not keep following up. Secondly, we agreed to have an audio upgrade (Bongiovi add-on) when we were discussing the price. They did not include it on the bill of sale, intently, knowing that I will not have any valid ground to argue when it comes time to deliver the car. I specifically asked the guy many times after we made the sale about how long it would take to have it installed and, the answer was always "a few hours" once the car arrives. Thirdly, if you ever still go there, do not get the rust proof or data-dot xxxxxxxx as these are complete rip offs ($1000 for a rust proof?). Obviously, this is the last purchase I'm ever doing from them. More
