I visited the dealership with the intent to purchase a new vehicle and ultimately decided on the 2025 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE in Blueprint color, which was available on the lot for immediate sale. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales representative, Mr. Mohammad Nayab Khan, was less than satisfactory. From the moment I sat down with Mr. Khan, I encountered a very rude and aggressive manner of communication. Despite his behavior, I chose to continue the discussion as I was in urgent need of a vehicle. Mr. Khan proceeded to show me the car and then took me to the desk for financial calculations. During this process, he began adding extra, optional services to the price, significantly increasing the overall cost of the vehicle. When I inquired about these charges, he responded in a forceful manner, stating that if I did not purchase these additional services, he would not be able to sell me the car. He explained that he would only be able to sell the car to me if I agreed to these services, as they were part of his commission structure. According to him, without these add-ons, I would have to wait for up to 1.5 years to receive a car directly from Toyota. I found this approach highly unprofessional and unethical, as it seemed to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary services. Below is a list of the additional services that Mr. Khan attempted to force upon me: 5-Year Extended Care Protection (ECP) Warranty - $2,039 + tax (Note: Toyota’s standard ECP warranty is already 3 years or 60,000 km at no extra cost.) Rust Proofing - $1,399 + tax Tire and Rim Warranty - $509 + tax As a loyal customer who holds Toyota in high regard for the brand’s reliability and sustainability, this experience was disheartening. I was hoping for a more transparent and customer-focused approach, especially given the positive reputation Toyota has cultivated over the years. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues. I believe that customer satisfaction should always be a priority, and no one should feel forced into purchasing products or services they do not need. More

Took our sonata in for electrical diagnosis. We're told we needed a new sensor that would cost around $2000. My wife paid the $400 plus diagnostic costs and was told the part would be ordered a We're told we needed a new sensor that would cost around $2000. My wife paid the $400 plus diagnostic costs and was told the part would be ordered and should be received in 2 days. She dropped the car off for installation two days later and only to find out after she had dropped the car and come home and we got a phone call and when the car was supposed to be ready that the part had never been ordered because we failed to pay for it in advance. She was never told that we were required to pay for the part in advance. Totally frustrating really bad lack of service and very Unapologetic about the whole process definitely not a place I will recommend to anybody. More
