We would like to thanks Atrell Toyota especially Aqeel Usmani, the best sales associate we have come across, for all of his help in regards to selecting the right vehicle, dealing with our paper work to complete our needs. He is very professional, calm and patient and has been available to address all the questions we asked & provide advice throughout the entire process. Aqeel has an extensive knowlege of the vehicles and has gone beyond our expectations by providing us with all information on the vehicle including warranty packages & keep us to our budget level. Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences with the process of buying the vehicle and with the service we have received. Amazing service consider this place if you are looking to buy a car. I was unsure and confused when i first walked in but Ricky James made me feel comfortable and mad consider this place if you are looking to buy a car. Service Since moving to Brampton from Winnipeg years ago Ive always taken my Tacoma to this dealership for servicing and tire installations twice a year. Neve Since moving to Brampton from Winnipeg years ago Ive always taken my Tacoma to this dealership for servicing and tire installations twice a year. Never again. In fact ive asked to be removed from their database and to avoid further contact with me. I had an appointment for oil changes plus switching my tires over from winter to summer that I had cancelled with a far less then satisfactory result then what I had expected considering I was a long time customer. The issue was the last time the tires were removed from the rims, the tires were damaged (sections of rubber was torn and missing ) where the tire meets the rim in several places. In fact two tires were damaged beyond safety protocols. Though i do agree with the service adviser that tires should be installed on rims to avoid such damage never once was i advised that this would be an issue and the dealership was always very happy to accept my money without recommending i purchase new rims. Considering the damage was done there last fall when I had removed my summer tires, I had hoped for a fair equitable settlement and since i never got that fair settlement i will never bring my vehicle there ever again or purchase a vehicle from this dealership over what ????? The cost of two tires ??? How pathetic. More
