they don't take their customer seriously i leased a rogue 1 year ago,recently i got a call from the dealership,ask me to bring in my rogue and get a new lease agreement maybe even for a cheap i leased a rogue 1 year ago,recently i got a call from the dealership,ask me to bring in my rogue and get a new lease agreement maybe even for a cheaper payment(which i don't really expect to be cheaper).i did went there to see what kind of deal they can present me.by the time i went in a sale manager greet me and explain to me that they want to sell my rogue for the market right now,then on second thought maybe it's my lucky day.after i sat down with another sale,next thing i know they try to put 8000 depreciation cost on my next lease agreement!i understand every company try to make money,but i mean really,they try to make good money on my rogue and i pay for the depreciation cost?even more,on my new lease agreement they don't even mention about anything about loyalty dollar discount,i mean look at the nissan website......people soon or later will find out...what kind of tactic is that to approach customer....lastly a sale represent a company,whatever a sale say i will take that as a commitment,if that commitment is not nearly possible then please don't waste my time to come in for this really bad experience!!! More

Disaster from the start. Horrid customer service I bought my car October 2015, once all paperwork was signed I was ready to get my car. Firstly Nissan brought in the wrong colour of car (ordered red I bought my car October 2015, once all paperwork was signed I was ready to get my car. Firstly Nissan brought in the wrong colour of car (ordered red received white!) and secondly they missed signatures on paperwork three times making me come back to the dealership to sign. Now a year later I am disappointed to say that I have been driving around with the wrong vin number. I was contacted a year after the fact. The new paperwork had my name spelt wrong, the correction another two weeks. This dealership is a complete joke DO NOT WASTE Your time here. More
Good Car But Bad Dealer Free oil change was part of the promotions. Went there when the mileage reached 8000. Oil change was free, but was charged $120 for a xx-point check. Not sure how long they could spend on the check in the 40 minutes I stayed there. Never go back again. Prefer to pay for oil change somewhere else. More

I was standing outside the sales office and heard this as the sales manager had a meeting with his sales team .......... In the words of the sales manager " we don't want to have the web site up, we can't screw them if we do" Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder how many people have been riped off ??? More
