I sold my car to Applewood Nissan Langley nearly four weeks ago. They promised my check within five business days, yet I still haven’t received it. This dealership is completely untrustworthy, unprofessi weeks ago. They promised my check within five business days, yet I still haven’t received it. This dealership is completely untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unreliable. Every manager and employee I dealt with kept passing the ball, giving excuses, and even lying that the check was ready—but never sending it. No accountability, no honesty, no respect for customers. This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. I strongly warn others to avoid this dealership at all cost. More
Horrible service. Wife took her NIssan in for service. Applewood Nissan took way more time then promised and came back with a laundry list of repair they claimed were crutial including brakes which they claimed they couldnt let her drive away on. She knows better and declined all work wanting second opinion. She also asked for their liability release form that she would sign to drive away. They didnt have that and suddenly were not concerned about her leaving. However, they then said her car would take an hour to return. Why? It was off site. Off site? Yes, they have a "sattelite" location ..... uh, fishy. And indeed it took an hour to get her car back. We then went to an independant garage who documented the brakes were not only fine but 75%. Suuspension was fine too and other things APPLEWOOD tried to sell her. We complained to Applewood who just gave excuses, nonsense and frankly, acted like amatuers and scammers. BLatant SCAMMERS. Sue me APPLEWOOD. You couldnt print off your fake claims as suddenly you had printer problems ... but your FAKE CLAIMS were recored on her phone. DUMMIES. More
Please don't fall victim to there maintenance scam like engine air filters, cabin air filters and transmission fluid change every 30k (1) the air filter they charge over $50 and 20-30 minutes to install it engine air filters, cabin air filters and transmission fluid change every 30k (1) the air filter they charge over $50 and 20-30 minutes to install it when it only takes less then 1 minute and you buy filter for $7 on amazon, (2) cabin air filter they charge $114 plus 30 minutes to install at $140 an hour that's like $70 plus shop supplies and tax total they will charge after tax over $210 , well guess what that air filter is only $8 on amazon and it takes 2 minutes to change just pop off the plastic cover then unlock the snap change it , you just saved over $200 WOW . (3) transmission fluid change for newer cvt transmissions NOW this is the huge scam there service fee is $350 plus shop supplies and taxes basically $400 all in WOW but guess what they only drain 4 liters at the bottom of oil pan drain bolt then close the bolt and go to top of engine and 4 liters new fluid that's it, they won't even take off oil pan and clean the filter, No they won't, my friend is a mechanic at Nissan and told me go to T&T auto parts and buy 4 or 5 liters of NS3 CVT compatible transmission fluid at $12 a liter , get a oil drain pan to catch the oil once drained tighten bolt and measure how much old oil came out and fill the exact same amount in the fill tube on top just remove lock cap , my Total time was less then 15 minutes and cost $54 for oil after tax , don't waste your money takes 15 minutes to save $350 , heck i phone mr transmission 2 blocks away and he said they only charge $210 to do the same thing and this is from a transmission shop, no wonder everyone is broke with rip-off dealerships like this. You have been warned. More

Janet answered all my questions about the car and set up an appointment to try the car. I put a deposit on it to hold it as it was a very good deal. She told me everything I would need to bring if I wanted to purchase and drive it home after the teat drive. I test drove it and got it. She was super!! The financial and insurance team were efficient. I would definitely recommend Janet to help out with your next car purchase. More

"Either tow your car from our dealership or put 4 new tires on it" I assisted my elderly mother when she damaged a tire beyond repair on her 2017 Nissan Rogue. We could not find the wheel bolt lock key tires on it" I assisted my elderly mother when she damaged a tire beyond repair on her 2017 Nissan Rogue. We could not find the wheel bolt lock key. I approached Steve Hannon at Applewood Nissan Langley to purchase a new one and was told that I would need to bring the vehicle into the shop to purchase one and that they don't lend out their master bolt lock keys. I had the vehicle towed into this dealership. When I arrived I requested to have them remove all 4 wheel bolt locks off using their master key and replace the temporary tire in the place of the damaged tire. Steve Hannon told me that it is their company's policy to not do this as it is possible that I wreck the differential by driving the vehicle with a temporary tire on it. He told me, "Either tow your car from our dealership or have us put 4 new tires on it". I returned a short time later that day and sited pg#429 of the Nissan owner's manual saying that there is no warning stating that I could wreck my differential by driving on the temporary tire that Nissan provided with the car. If Nissan did not want me to drive on a temporary tire they would not provide one. He then had the spare tire installed and removed the wheel lock bolts. I drove away. I wrote to Nissan Canada about my experience who directed me to speak to the management of Applewood Nissan. I wrote to Lyle Menagh who has not contacted me. More
