Our family have gone for a car shopping since the family vehicle's lease was almost over. After visiting 4 ~ 5 different auto dealers, We have decided to visit the Applewood Langley Kia. This was our very first visit to the applewood Kia and they treated us ilke VIP. Brad, the sales person was very kind and polite. Dave, the general manager was the most humble manager I've ever seen in any dealerships. They took every single question of ours and took enough time for us to understand every bit. This is one of very few dealership who does not force you to go up to the next trim of the vehicle. I wanted the base model and they had not a single question asking for an upgrade. (Normally, I always get this common phrase such as "well, with only $$$ more monthly payment, you will get this this this and this features) They met the price we were looking for. No hidden charges or what so ever. You get what you've been told. Oh, and I cannot forget to mention their facility. From the first visit, I was bit worried that my two boys (17 month and 3 years old) would give us hard time during the visit. However, they have a second floor where they have a room full of toys and books ! Who would have expected such a facility when visiting a dealership ? (It was air conditioned as well. ) It was a great experience and I would not hesitate a bit to recommend this dealership to any of my close friends. More

I brought a Nissan in 2008, shortly after that Kia came out with the new look of the SOUL. I have wanted to try one, as I had sent a friend a few years back to try one, I thought I would. My daughter and I went in and meet with Zora and were taken over by her compassion and understanding. She was fantastic. I have bought cars before but never felt like the person really understood what I wanted. Zora arranged for me to have the Soul for 2 days. I actually had bought the Rio, came back the next day, and with the help of Dave traded the Rio for the Soul. I have never had a dealership be so kind, efficient, accommodating, and understanding as this one was. Would I go back, Absolutely!
