Rick made the purchase of our new Acadia a very pleasant experience. My husband and I visited the dealership with our 3 year old twins and Rick was amazing with them: occupying them with a new Hot Wheels ca experience. This made it so much easier for us to focus on the task of purchasing a new vehicle. Rick was knowledgeable and shared information about the Acadia and the Traverse without ever making us feel pressured. He was patient as we asked questions and mulled over the decision together. We have never recieved so many phone calls after purchasing a car. Besides Russell, Jacquline and Donna called a few times to ensure everything is going well with the car and to ask if we had any questions. We think the Delivery Co-ordinator is a great position and benefit to the customer. On the day we closed our sale, Jacquline guided us through the multiple forms we had to complete, She is very knowledgeable and was very patient. An added bonus, Jacquline spent quite a bit of time with us in our new car, reviewing all the new features and customizing/programing our options. We left the dealership with our cell phones synchronized and our favourite radio stations already programed! Learning all the new features of our new Cadillac has been overwhelming and this assistance was very helpful. We also thought the tour of the dealership was a nice touch and we now look forward to talking to Marco on future service visits. More

Today, we took home our new Chevy Trax purchase. The Salesperson was a real professional going above and beyond (our expectations) throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked in and met Rick for the first time, we were treated with respect and courtesy and, most of all, plenty of patience! No pressure tactics, no games.....how refreshing. It became increasingly clear over a period of about a week while we were making our decision that this was a dealership that empowers their staff to take care of the customer from the customer perspective. In many ways it was like buying a car from a family member. Over several visits, we had coffee with them, lunch, drinks,....got a tour of the entire premises, various departments, and all the unique amenities offered at Applewood like the in-house complimentary Cafe !! We were introduced to staff that took a genuine interest in our excitement of buying a new car. The attention given to us continued even after we made the purchase,....as much time as we needed was given to orientate us to the many features of our new car. We came away with the feeling that we not only made a wise purchase, but gained new friends. More
