DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION I have a very bad experience so I highly recommend not to take your car for service at this location. Before couple of months, I drop my car Honda CRV I have a very bad experience so I highly recommend not to take your car for service at this location. Before couple of months, I drop my car Honda CRV for service and after few hours I received a call from this location telling me you need to change your filters and we need to alignment to your wheels. They will scare you to the death by telling this could happen or that could happen to your car if you don't do it. So at that time I went ahead with whatever they suggested and I got a bill of $600.00. This morning I went again to this location for oil change and without checking they told me you need to change your filters. I was like how do you know without checking as I already change my filters before couple of months. His response was oh I didn't know that. This location wont see me anymore there. Some problems even though don't exist in your car but they will create one so that they can have more money. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. More

When I said I will rather give my business to Go Honda who offered me $40 off without any bargain he said "I believe you are taking advantage of my kindness" It just pissed me off and I refused to do any business with them even if they offered me a lower price than Go Honda More
Unfair treatment and unexplained charge I took my Honda pilot for airbag recall. The customer service associate asked me to pay for the unauthorized inspection, which I did not ask for. The lady over the desk threaten me to not to release my car until I pay and she told me to go home without my car. I left my kids at home and I have to rush home. I tried to explain to her, and to another guy,who told me, he is the in charge person for the day. Nobody was willing to listen to my concern and they tried to twist my complain. It was a straight lie but I have no option because if I leave the car there and go home, it gonna cost me more. I was not happy the way they are trying to make me pay for their fault. I have been their customer for a while but I was so disappointed and they just robbed me in the day light. This is my second time to disappoint me. Last year I took the same car for service and the tech scratched my car on the derivers side. I showed them and they just pained the scratch,which was removed after a week. I paid about couple of hundreds to fix that in other place More

Almost choked when I saw the final bill The people were friendly but the service advisor was not knowledgable about the mechanical issues. Two things you should be aware of before taking your car to a dealer for out of warrantee repairs. One, They charge about $150 per hour to diagnose the problem. This fee is added to the final repair. Two, there is a shop fee of $50 which is not mentioned until you are ready to pay. Be sure to ask lots of questions when they give you the estimate. When they called me with the estimate I got the impression that the exhaust manifold needed to be changed. Turns out it was a manifold gasket and catalyst shield. The final bill including the oil change was $631.30. I wouldn't feel so bad if the person had the ability to explain what was done to my van and why. More

Once I entered the entrance door, I can see those faces with a smile, especially Richard Lam, he's so friendly and he explained well all the things that we need to know. Also in Finance Amit Baid & Ray Tarrabain were very helpful & gave me good deal. To total it, their customer service is excellent. From the first day I bought the car, until services done, I was really treated well. The battery in the Honda CRV 2011 is undersized. It keeps going dead if the vehicle is not driven regular. If you leave it sit for more than a week, the battery will be dead when you try to start it. If you go on vacation, have someone start your car on a regular bases or it will not take you home from the airport. Talked to the dealer and to customer service head office, no help from anyone. I HAVE GONE THERE AND DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR OVER A DECADE. TOOK MY VEHICLE TO GET MY TIRES SWAPPED TO WINTER. I NOTICED THAT ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WERE NO LONGER WORKING THERE. DECADE. TOOK MY VEHICLE TO GET MY TIRES SWAPPED TO WINTER. I NOTICED THAT ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WERE NO LONGER WORKING THERE. THEN I NOTICED THE SALES PEOPLE WERE ALMOST ALL NEW. THEY BROUGHT IN ALL NEW PEOPLE. IT SEEMED SUSPICIOUS. WHILE WAITING FOR MY VEHICLE, I WATCHED A SALESMAN LITERALLY SCREW OVER A CUSTOMER WHO HAD JUST BOUGHT A NEW VEHICLE. AFTER WAITING OVER 2 HOURS (A LONG TIME TO CHANGE TIRES SINCE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT) THE SERVICE GUY COMES OVER AND SAYS THAT THEY INSPECTED MY VEHICLE AND FOUND THAT THE BALL JOINTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THAT IT WAS SO BAD THAT IT WAS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. THEY ALSO SAID THE SUSPENSION BUSHINGS, THE BELTS AND OTHER ITEMS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND AN ALIGNMENT WAS NEEDED. THE BILL FOR PARTS AND LABOUR WOULD BE ALMOST $2500! WHAT THIS DUMB-xxx DID NOT KNOW WAS THAT I HAD JUST RECENTLY SWAPPED OUT THE DRIVE-TRAIN WITH A NEW ONE WITH ALL NEW BELTS SO I WAS ON TO HIM. I DECLINED THE SERVICE, HE GOES AWAY AND COMES BACK IN A FEW MINUTES AND SAYS THAT A SECOND MECHANIC LOOKED AT THE BALL-JOINTS AND THOUGHT THEY WERE IN EVEN WORSE CONDITION THAN THE FIRST MECHANIC AND REALLY PUSHED FOR ME TO GET IT DONE ON THE SPOT. THE BILL FOR JUST ONE BALL-JOINT AND NECESSARY ALIGNMENT AFTER WOULD BE ONLY $600. I DECLINED AGAIN AND SAID TO JUST GIVE ME BACK MY VEHICLE. THEY GAVE ME THE BILL FOR THE TIRE SWAP AND INCLUDED STATEMENTS OF HAVING ADVISED THE OTHER SERVICE WAS NECESSARY BUT REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER, TO ABSOLVE THEM OF LIABILITY IF SOMETHING HAPPENED AS AN ADDITIONAL SCARE TACTIC. UNBEKNOWNST TO THEM, I USED TO WORK AS A MECHANIC AT A DEALERSHIP LONG AGO. I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER MECHANIC WHO IS A FRIEND, WE WENT THROUGH THE ENTIRE SUSPENSION AND FOUND THAT ALL THE BALL-JOINTS WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION. THE BUSHINGS WERE PERFECT AS WELL WITH NO PLAY (LOOSENESS) BUT WERE IN NEED OF A GREASING. NONE OF THE WORK THAT THEY WERE INSISTING TO BE DONE WAS REQUIRED! THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO COMMIT CRIMINAL FRAUD. THIS DEALERSHIP GOT RID OF THE REGULAR STAFF, BROUGHT IN ALL NEW PEOPLE AND THEY ARE USING HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS ON THEIR CUSTOMERS AND LIE TO THEM TO PERPETRATE FRAUD AND THEFT FOR SALES, PARTS AND SERVICE. I FEEL BAD FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHO RELY ON THEM TO BE HONEST BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO KNOW BETTER. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO HAS GONE THERE AND ADVISED THAT WORK IS NEEDED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A SECOND OPINION FIRST. DO NOT GO TO ALBERTA HONDA. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. I HAD DONE BUSINESS THERE FOR OVER A DECADE. AFTER THIS, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN. IT TAKES A LIFETIME TO BUILD A REPUTATION, BUT ONLY ONE STUPID ACT TO DESTROY IT.
