Stepping up to the plate I had a lot of problems with the old staff. Unethical business practices. Recently found out they had checked my credit report without my knowledge or my consent. When I asked about it, I was lied to by Trung Nguyen. 'Rules' were fabricated on why my $500 deposit was being held long after I had returned the car I was test driving. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer than I was at Alberta Honda. Save yourself the time and stress and go anywhere else. More

Above Average Service My interaction with the team at Alberta Honda was as good as can be expected. Calls were taken promptly. Meeting times were respected when set ahead of time. Dealer matched pricing for the car and accessories that were offered in Ontario. Some details were missed when closing the deal such as declaration of the Admin Fee, the requirement to bring a licence plate, missing mudflaps and had to return a few days after picking up the car to get the second key fob. Dealer offered to fill the tank once the current half tank is burned off and will fully detail the car when I bring it in for the refill. This was a very good closing step for the after-sale. Salesman offers a personal referral cashback program. Salesman provided on site, hands-on exposure to the various menus/system options that was thorough. More

I always update my vehicles in January as pricing sometimes is a bit sharper. Ash, the internet manager, gave me the keys and instructions to test drive the vehicle as long as you need. The shop manager Glen fixed a minor squeak in the dash (it's not even a Honda). The Alberta Honda team would not let me take delivery until they detailed the vehicle. All my friends and relatives think that I have a new vehicle. More
