Walking into Alberta Honda was an entirely different and surprisingly positive experience. I had gone online to find out their hours and was immediately connected to one of the salesmen who was ready to sit down with me when I arrived. Harp really took the time to get a good understanding of my situation and needs and then made suggestions for test drives. I had a lot of fun with the test drives, however, still felt no pressure to make a decision. Options were clearly presented and once I made the decision Harp and the rest of the team made the experience clmknletely pain free. During the test drive and again when I picked up my vehicle Harp spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with me. I love my Honda and I would highly recommend Alberta Honda! More

Warranty transfer for American Honda Pilot I moved to Edmonton from Nashville Tennessee last summer. After importing the vehicle to Canada the vehicle had spark plug problems. The problem was discovered to be a bulletin or recall and was covered under warranty. But because I was importing the vehicle, neither Honda Canada or American Honda could decide who was to cover the cost of the repair. So I paid for it myself. All along the way the people at Alberta Honda were very helpful in a) repairing the spark plug issues and in helping me get to the bottom of whether or not my vehicle's bulletin issues would be covered or not and if I would get reimbursed. More

Great customer service When i walked into Alberta Honda i didn't feel pressured or intimidated into purchasing a car like other dealerships i visited. Nelson came by and int When i walked into Alberta Honda i didn't feel pressured or intimidated into purchasing a car like other dealerships i visited. Nelson came by and introduced himself and let us do our own browsing with no hassle or looking over our shoulders. He came by once he saw us looking around for him. We were interested in a civic but didnt know which trim or model we would prefer. Instead of trying to sell us the highest model he just asked us questions of what it would be used for, who is driving it, etc. That helped him help us choose a model. From there on it felt like we were talking to a friend and not a salesperson. He joked with us offered us drinks and genuinely seemed to care how our day/weekend was going. It did take us a week to decide on the car and not once were we hassled by him at all during this time. Just quick calls or messages to see how things were. On the day we finally got the car he wasn't working but made sure to clear his schedule to come see us with the delivery. I would highly recommend Nelson and Alberta Honda for any future purchases. Just from the start to the end hmthe treatment was extraordinary. More
